Not a great one, battery life not good as well as nightlife doesnt feel good

Camera quality not as good as I expected, gets the job done though.

More-so customer service at coon rapids. Absolutely appalling. Ordered this item online. Picked it up, was in an “open box” that had been inspected. Got home. It had fingerprints all over it, was missing a battery and a pin to keep the holder in place. Shocking! Zero apology from any employee or the store manager. I’m sure the item would have been great - had to return for obvious reasons.

This product overheats, extremely easy in cold weather mounted on a bike helmet. To prevent overheating you have to turn off the features that make it functional and then even then the item is very hot. Stay away from GoPro.

Had my go pro 13 for 1 year, used it twice it won't charge the battery.(either battery). Was I supposed to take the battery out and only insert it when I was ready to use it? Neither battery will works to turn it on. It will come on if plugged in.

Horrible product experience. Battery lasted just a few minutes in a once in a lifetime dive and then it took on water at less then 30 feet in just 2 dives

Bought to record my son’s football games and the zoom option is terrible. If you want if for sports and have to set in the stands, I would not recommend.

Touchscreen stopped after 16 days was told I could not exchange because it was past the 15 day exchange policy. I have owned multiple Go Pro cameras and have never had an issue. Not happy with this product.

Exact same as a go pro 12, only improvements is the bracket holders which can be bough for way less from 3rd party, not worth the upgrade Also does horrible in lowlight

Returned as kept maldunctionimg made me lose or on valuabke footage I'll never be able to recover

Stick to your cell-phone camera this waste of money

GoPro Hero 13 was assuredly a good investment. Nonetheless battery life goes pretty quick, video quality is questionable transitioning from a well lighted area to a lesser. Sound quality on the other hand is surprisingly good without a mic and with.

One of the best action cameras I have ever purchased. Purchased it and immediately put it to the test inside a pool with a water proof case. Great photo and video quality!! Comes with attachments and memory card. Look forward to using it for other shots.

I've been wanting one for a long time. Was a little confused how to use it. Watch the youtube video. Easy to use.

Cloud upload doesn't work, Android app doesn't work, USB transfer doesn't work on Windows 10, support was the worst support experience I have ever had in my life and refused to help. After several firmware upgrades and no less than six factory resets, SOME of the features started working, but I never got USB transfer to work on Windows 10. I was eventually able to get a Windows 11 machine to work but this was well after the inability to transfer files had ruined my plans for the footage. Gopro has retired all of their Windows based software and the replacement has been "in development" for years with no sign of coming out. If you are a Windows user, you are a second class citizen to this company and they DO NOT care about you. The image quality is good but the camera overheats very quickly if running in full HD + HDR (I got less than an hour even in 60F air conditioning nonstop). I am never buying another Gopro camera. My support experience was so unbelievably bad that I refuse to give them my money in the future. I am going to check out a DJI or Insta360 as replacements. Avoid at all costs. You've been warned.
