    Absolutely love this product, it does everything that I’ve wanted for vlogging and content creation, live that it’s super easy to transfer videos into my phone and the app has a great video editing feature

    The product is nice but I am absolutely not happy with the sales person , how I was cheated by not explaining the discounts options. When I asked for discount, the sales person told me that I would get 20% off on my purchase . So upon calculation I found out it would be $120 down to the total amount before tax , so I decided to apply for the Best Buy credit card. The sales person asked me to come anytime after next day to pay the bill and I would see the discount amount on my account. So when I came back after a week to pay the amount, I noticed that there was no discount applied to my purchase. When I asked to speak with the manager, she was not helpful at all , rather she told me the at I was given credit in the Best Buy card wi could spend on buying cell phone cases. I really felt humiliated about what she told me rather than resolving the issue.

    What I felt like was going to be a great investment has caused a huge pain, and I wish I had gone with a different option. Bought it for the concept of filming my son's baseball games, but it dies quickly like less than 20 minutes. If you could find a cheaper option, I wouldn't waste my money on it just for the sake of battery life. The video quality is sub at the most I have seen better quality from an Iphone 14.

    Cool set up but the battery life is terrible. You have to purchase additional batteries with the charger for a full day of use. I swapped batteries four or five times during the day and the camera wasn’t recording the entire time.

    Don’t go buy the YouTube review this camera is okay for the most part but very underwhelming for a 4k resolution camera also the battery life is a joke. Make sure you carry at least 200batteries with you whenever you're doing serious work.
