The quality of the video is stellar. I also have the Hero 3+ Black and this camera captures noticeably sharper videos. The 4K allows excellent editing quality sice the file is so large. Colors are vivid and very clear.

the product is good and delivered soon. but the web is not convenient compared with other retailers.

They seem to have fixed the focus issue the 3+ had with objects that were farther than 20ft away. Software is still an issue with the entire suite which is the main reason for dropping 2 stars. Mobile app is full of bugs, desktop applications are next to useless. Camera works very well you just need to handle the files manually and use a 3rd party editing program.

Once we learn, and there is a learning curve to the Gopro, at least for me, this will be fun whether we are on the bike or on the water, makes me want to get a drone now

Bought this camera for my Husband for Christmas and he loves it!!! It attaches to his bow easily.

I bought this as a 4th GP to add to my 3 GP Hero 3+ black cams.... I like the way the lights show up and they way the WiFi is toggled on or off of the older 3+ cam.... Also, they changed the battery design and the old case does not fit properly.... I just decided I would wait to get the next revision and then upgrade ALL of my GP cams..... If you have nothing then it's fine--you have nothing to compare this to.

I bought this camera to capture my husbands motorcycle rides. It is shows a whole new experience.

Got this gopro for using it at music festivals and it definitely gets the job done. As much as it is a pleasure to look at the videos at the end of it all, it is a mission in itself to use. I don't know if i can recommend the Black to everyone, silver might be more reasonable for most people.

I bought this for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift and he absolutely loves it! Definitely worth it!!

4K is a great new video format which provides a lot more detail than the previous hero cameras. Night shot time lapse is my favorite setting to take 30 second exposure shots continuously so I can import them into my video editing program to make a small video of hours of still shot photos.

We bought this on a whim to take on vacation. No regrets!! Took it in the ocean, underwater, ziplining, mud bathing, sight seeing and more. Easy to use and edit photos from video, etc. A must have for adventures!

Its overall a great product but I would suggest getting another battery or two. Battery dies fast. Also camera runs very warm.

Love and live with go pro. Can't beat the product and hands free makes it a no brainer for a novice

Love this thing used it for mountain biking and recently on my dog to get a dogs eye view of what he sees at the dog park , bought it exclusively for my Solo Drone , word of warning if you buy a drone make sure the go pro will work with that specific drone some won't

I bought this with the external monitor, battery is a joke, and lens gets so hot. I have a $50 sport cam and I prefer using it
