My son wanted this for his bday. I was hesitant as I thought this was just another electronic device that would collect dust. He loves riding quads and this was the main reason he wanted it, but he's used it while we were away on vacation as well and I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality of the video. I was really amazed at how clear it looked. Definitely worth the money. I recommend purchasing the kit as well. He's used all the items quite a few times already.

We used it for whale watching, unfortunately it kept shutting itself off so we missed some good shots.

My husband and both of my children love to use the GoPro. My husband uses it for bow hunting videos and my 10 year old son uses it to make videos when he and his friends are "hunting" animals in our yard or playing army soldiers. My 13 year old daughter loves to use it when she goes snowboarding. So far I am the only family member who hasn't used it - YET.

The GoPro lives up to the hype. It is freakin' awesome. The quality of the video and pictures is great. I used it underwater and it really does an amazing job.

I'd been waiting for a long, long time to replace my Creative Vado action camera and was told to wait just a little longer for the launch of the Hero 4 series of GoPro cameras because of the improved features. I wasn't sure what all of this meant until I got talking GoPro cameras with my son-in-law who uses an earlier version while paint-balling. And now I'm the envy of all because I held out a little longer. What I particularly appreciate about the Hero 4 Silver is the built-in LCD screen that leaves nothing to the imagination about what it is you are shooting at. I would highly recommend this camera to anyone!

Go Pro is a wonderful tool for creating visual memories. Be sure to check out the many supplemental materials that are sold along with the camera itself. Will be using during my upcoming cruise to Alaska.

Used the camera for a race that I ran with my siblings and it worked great capturing the experience.

I purchased this for my boyfriend's birthday. We both love it, but wished that it had a zoom feature.

It is a great product. But the batterys really suck. I would probably need 6 batterys to run all day

I bought the GoPro while on a motorcycle vacation to capture the California coast riding down Highway 1. Although it seemed like it would be easy (and mounting on my helmet was), the actual operation proved to have a learning curve. I'm glad I bought it and would recommend it...just allow some practice time before using for that special event or trip.

This is such an awesome little camera! Small, but powerful! Waterproof and can take amazing pictures! Highly recommend this beauty, especially if your going on vacation!

I have not taken still shots with the camera, but the video recordings are really good quality. I was very pleasantly surprised from such a small camera.

Got this for my son's birthday. He loves it. Very easy for him to use and to learn. The touch screen is easy to use and the app for the phone works great.

Love this and it works great. Only complaint is all the accessories are a lil on the pricey side.

Really liked this camera. Underwater pictures and video came out great! Camera is also very small outside of the case and perfect to carry in your pocket

I use this mostly in 1080p @ 60 FPS for automotive videos, and it does a fantastic job. The LCD screen is much more convenient for setup than using the app.

This thing can stand up to what you throw at it. It takes great video and stills and is easy to use with a ton of extras to use in a variety of situations.

We used our iPhones for action filming and decided to upgrade. It's nice to have a high quality specific use product. Easy to use and numerous accessories.
