The silver doesn't shoot as high quality 4k video as the pricier black, but has a screen to frame your shot and view your videos. Can be used almost anywhere to capture great videos and pictures.

My first GoPro, easy to learn and easy to operate. The picture and video quality is great. Love the phone app as a viewer for taking pics and to review pics. easy to download onto phone and computer.

I have a Hero 4 Silver and it is a great camera, I like the fact that it has a screen on the back that makes it easier to set up. The camera takes great pictures and you can do so many things with it.

So happy with my purchase of the Go Pro! Although it was pricy, it is well worth the money. It's easy to use, easy to carry, and the outcome of the videos and photos make you all the more satisfied!

Love this GoPro! Has a touch screen for easy use and takes great pictures and HD video. The lens can get in almost an entire room at one time in the picture. Will be enjoying this on our travels.

This camera is great! I like the fact that it's tiny so you won't get tired holding the camera while recording. The video is super clear. The LCD is very convenient to frame your pictures/video.

Used this recently when I went to an island where we did a lot of water activities. The quality is great, and it is a very sturdy device. Beautiful video, sound is not great, but very easy to use.

Great product amazing quality and the best part the touch screen it makes the use so easier. Anybody out there looking to have a camera for spontaneous and adventorous moments this is a great option.

I'm sure this camera as great potential to provide some remarkable pictures and video but I haven't had a chance to use it yet due to the local weather. Summertime should be more exciting. my only concern is that due to the wide angle lens, you have to be very close to the camera to be seen well, but that is the whole point of this unit.

What I love about the Silver is that it has the touch and lcd screen. Enables me to quickly see what I'm trying to capture. Quality is phenomenal and when you pair it with a 64gb SD card, it provides about 4 hrs of recording at 1080p. The lens is a wide lens so it can capture a pretty wide angle in front of you. Battery lasts about an hour so i recommend additional batteries. May be a bit pricey for some folks but you will get what you pay for.

The video quality on this camera is amazing, tough case and perfect for any occasion. My only complain is battery life, degenerate need a second battery as back up. For the price I would expect it to come with memory card ( which is sold separately ). Be sure to get a good quality memory card for the video quality on this camera.

I wasn't sure I'd ever need or use this before I bought it. This thing is GREAT on vacations and fun for things in everyday life. Easy to use and great shots. Really glad I purchased this GoPro

Got this for our Honeymoon and it worked flawlessly. like that it has the built in LCD screen, i don't keep it on all the time (just to see if the shot was good) because of the battery drainage.

I purchased this GoPro hero 4 to take on a trip to Costa Rica. I have a hero 3+ so there is already some familiarity. But, the hero 4 does so much more and has an even higher mp camera. i used the preset timelapse on hero 4 as we drove; it made a great traffic zooming video. Be sure to purchase some mount pieces; you'll use them at some point. Get a selfie stick about 40" so you'll be in the video when you use it in front or behind you. Please be considerate when you use a selfie stick. I hate them but they make great videos. Just don't stick it between people or in front of them rudely. Head strap was cool on Zipline as was wrist mount. Great product to help capture some vacation memories. I also use a Nikon d7100; the GoPro 4 offers pictures but I really like a bit more versatility on my pictures with lenses and filters. Get this thing and get out there. Just remember to have fun and not be held captive by trying to film so much that's all you do. Enjoy the vacation your on. Good luck!!

This thing rocks! Better than any other waterproof camera on the market for the price. This will not let you down. Just buy more batteries.

My son wanted a gopro for deer and duck hunting. We bought this one for his Christmas present. He is having a blast with it but the battery doesn't last very long. Otherwise great camera.

The camera is very small and takes great video. Took little getting used to what buttons to use and when. But once that was figured out, the camera works well. I did purchase a second battery.

We mainly bought this because we were going on vacation to Mexico and we knew we were going to need a camera that we could use underwater. This was perfect for us for video and pictures.

I bought this camera for a cruise I was going on and it did not disappoint! Takes great pictures and video and is so tiny and convenient, especially with all the different mounting tools!
