had to purchase this Hero 4 because my daughter's Hero 3 stopped charging and began to get really hot. Of course our Best Buy warranty had ran out 2 months before. Our fault on that one but tracking time line for that better now. Great camera of her skiing trip; just hope we don't have the same battery issues.

This camera is so sweet. Bought an accessory pack that has all kinds of stuff. Also bought the remote. Nice to have.

I bought this for myself to be able to document my road trip driving from New England to Florida. I mounted it to my sunroof. Very pleased with the footage and easy to import.

Awesome GoPro, Took great pictures, we used it when traveling. Great video, lightweight to pack. Then came home and hooked up to our big screen TV and shared our vacation.

Girlfriend is a photographer and really wanted one of these. Perfect xmas present, she loves the outdoors and takes if everywhere

The Go Pro 4 Silver is amazing, use it quite a bit for outdoor activities. My only slight downside is that it doesn't take pics well inside, it gets quite blurry. But overall it's good to use for outdoor activities: camping, hiking, sporting events, etc.

I loved having this on my honeymoon! We took it on all of our excursions and used it to film our zip line adventure! Great quality and it was awesome that BB would price match!

Slow with a slower memory card over great like the back screen that can watch the video and delete if didn't like it.

I've used other cameras for U/W photos/video and the GoPro is a small add on that takes excellent images. I would recommend using the silca paks for moisture control inside.

This camera is great for a family adventures it catches pics that you don't usually capture with a basic camera.

First off just want to put it out there... camera is amazing. But i did put 4 stars because mine actually had firmware glitch and it never turned back on. But i did have geek squad protection so i returned it and got new one. It hasn't let me down. But im very happy with it. Ibtake it everywhere i go

Great camera. Love the screen and easy access to the menu. Only used a couple of times so far, but it worked great getting action video and stills at my son's soccer and football games.

This is a great way to take video of a trail ride on my ATV. You can mount it on the helmet or the bike handle and it will let others see what you see while riding the trails.

I love the camera was torn between the silver and the session. Glad I went with the silver love having the screen on the back.

This is a great product and I found it at a great price at my local Best Buy.

I loved the go pro it captured great footage - I used on line you tube video to help best understand how to use out of the box oppoes to literature included - easier for me.

It is a good camera for a young couple to adventure out with, but the screen has already frozen up a few times.

Very good quality, I reccomend to learn how to ise before get to action!

YOUTUBE is best source of getting information on how to use the camera. Worked great - but remember to really tighten the black plastic 'holder' screw. The camera will move when you hit bumps otherwise. Only caution - I tightened the screw as usual to very tight - and the 1" plastic extension broke on one of my rides - the clear case protected it as it bounced down the street - so the camera is still working like new, as well as the clear case - but the clear case has some deep scratches on the corners. I am going to change out the 1" plastic extensions after 200 miles of use in the future - they get fatigued apparently.

Products were great. All except the large GoPro case. The website states that it's a large case when it is actually a medium case. Now for the bad news I had to place 3 different orders just to get all the products I wanted in time. All of this when both the first and second orders stated that items would be ready for pickup same day only to be pushed out 10 days. The 3rd order I placed for in-store pickup was at a store clear across town. I then had to return in store the items that were mailed to me from the 2 previous orders that were unavailable for in store pickup. Poor product management by bestbuy and the website.
