Very good camera good quality easy to use and very versatile used a lot for mudding and beach trips!

I purchased the GoPro Hero4 Silver for a recent vacation. During that time I snorkeled in several locations. Despite not having time to practice with the camera, the basics of underwater still photos and underwater movies were easy to grasp. The video clips were especially clear. The free software from GoPro (GoPro Studio) is great for editing video clips and grabbing still photos from the video clips. I would suggest the purchase of a float grip to insure that you do not accidentally lose the camera in the water while snorkeling..

I love my GoPro so much because I can use it under water, it's small, and can be easily clipped everywhere, yay! It has a wide lens which is awesome because it can capture a lot more of the scene. Since I'm going on a cruise soon I had to make sure about having enough battery to capture all the memories. This particular camera has an external battery that can be replaced if you purchase an extra one; which if your going on vacation it will be a plus if you do :) never have to worry about running out of battery, just a quick exchange.

I got this for my son so he could make videos while he longboards. It works great, picture quality is great, you will need an extra battery!

I had a trip to Hawaii planned and knew I wanted some sort of waterproof camera for snorkeling. I bought a GoPro because I also dirtbike and thought it would be useful and fun. I have been blown away at the quality of the pictures and video. The camera is very easy to use and can be used for so many things. This is definitely worth every penny.

This is my first gopro. So far I love it. Easy to use and very compact. Perfect travel companion. Easy to link to iPad for photo transfer.

I bought this camera for an upcoming vacation and have really enjoyed playing around with it and figuring out all that it does. The GoPro Studio that you download onto the computer isn't the easiest to operate if you aren't very technology savvy like I am not. But I have watched several youtube videos about it that have helped a little. That camera itself has been amazing. I have used it underwater and the quality of the pictures and videos is second to none. I plan on buying a second one in the upcoming months.

I wasn't sure if it would be worth the money, but I got some outstanding video footage in my last snorkeling vacation. The LCD screen helps to make sure you are capturing your subject the way you want as it's surprisingly easy to get wrong with this camera... I think it's because the lens is offset instead of in the center like most cameras.

Good to use when on an adventure or for travel. The quality is really good. It's easy to use and there are a lot of accessories to use!

I love every minute I used this device , from waterproof to time lapse nit to mention the quality in picture and recording . Thumbs up!!

I can't believe I waited so long to get a GoPro. Easy to use and great quality. iPhone app is awesome! Don't put it off...get one!

Great versatile camera with excellent quality pictures and video. Only drawback is no zoom.

This was actually my second Hero4 Silver purchased! It was a replacement for my original 3 that I currently used with a back pack LCD. I am a diver and I take two cameras with me in the water, one on a tray with lights and the other attached to my mask.. After my first dive with the 4 with the integrated screen, it was no contest! It is much easier to use and navigate both in and out of the dive housing. It also is better on battery life than the 3 with the add on LCD! The Hero4 Silver is a great camera!

I have the GoPro 3 Black already, and bought this for my sister. Having the Screen on the back makes its so much better and easier regarding taking pictures and checking if what you filmed actually looked good. Its so much easier than doing the wifi and app and checking it on my phone. Still a good feature, but sometimes the delay is just a pain.

I have not taken the camera deep but I have had a hero2 that was great. This should be better with the screen to see your target.

This is the first time I've ever had a high quality camera, so I will write from that perspective. and foremost let me say that the quality of the video is absolutely stunning. I think GoPro cameras are mostly meant for video but even their snap shots can be quite amazing too. I have always liked photography but could never justify spending $600+ on a camera I probably wouldn't even use that often due to bulk and lenses looking forward to capturing more amazing moments with my kids. highly recommend it
