Was in San Juan when I realized the old Hero battery apparently would not hold a charge. I was on an adventurous excursion that required multiple Go-Pros....went to Best Buy in San Juan, and boom they had it...fulfilled all my action camera needs

I bought this for my 16 year old daughter before she went on a scuba trip and all I can say is it was worth every penny. She had a blast with it and realized how challenging it is to shoot underwater. Great company great product really awesome UX.

Such a great little camera, love it for vacation and any fast paced activities. The silver edition is great, i love the lcd, it works and feels like any other gopro, can take a beating. Would recommend especially if you are a bit careless or clumsy.

Purchased this camera for a Cabo vacation. A good micro sd is a must. Download the go pro app is very helpful. Buy it. You won't regret it. Don't forget the protection plan. You might need it.

Don't use all the features but it's been a great camera for anything basic and close up

We used the GoPro Hero4 for recording concert events around the country for a small record label. The HD quality was amazing and we had several people inquire wanting to know what professional video company we used to acheive the footage we had. Great product!!

I used this camera to get a view of when I go trail bike riding and I totally loved it

Improved battery life, new form factor, and relocated indicator lights. Otherwise, it's practically the same as my hero3. Although I do like the new form factor and indicator locations. I can tell if it's capturing or recording more easily now.

Absolutely love this product!! great investment if you like taking pictures and videos on the go and it is very durable!! And has a lot of great features, it is pricey but most definitely worth it!!!! A must buy for anyone who likes taking videos and photos!

Geek squad replacement program rocks!! Worth the price, had original for close to 2 years and mic stopped working, in its defense it's been roughed up pretty bad, came in to Best Buy and walked out with a brand new one... Great service!!

great camera. some problems with software and putting it on computer using quicktime

I previously used a GoPro Hero 3+ Black Edition and this camera is a significant improvement in every way. The built in touchscreen lcd is great and responsive, even in the waterproof case. Also, I've noticed improved battery life over the Hero 3+.

I asked my 11 year old grandson what he wanted for a birthday gift, he told me a go pro! I didn't even know what it was ! Well I do now! He loves it! Very cool camera and does many other things! Sales person very helpful Great purchase

I love my GoPro. My husband and I have used it on many roadtrips and outdoor excursions. It is even more fun if you do a little research online to understand how to do different effects like long exposures at night and timelapse.

As we (family) looked for this type of new camera, we searched other brands, (SONY) but only found what we really wanted at Best Buy. Thank you for being our Best Store in town!

This camera was awesome but only because we had to watch a lot of videos on how to work it. It's not easy to have the set up ready for when your out and want to catch a quick moment. There are a lot of setting. I expected a little more out of this product for the price. the picture quality isn't that great. But overall i was able to bring memories back home from my vacation on my GoPro
