I bought for a trip to the beach but worked right til we got on vacation out on a. Pat didn't take my phone cause of the snorkeling son missed out on many great pics with family would come on two minutes cut out and messed with forever on the trip never got to work right

I absolutely love this camera. The fact that they finally added an LCD screen to the back is a huge plus and makes life so much easier. Excellent quality video and photo, tons of neat features and a great design...highly recommended, even over the Black edition, unless you are concerned with 4K or use slow motion a lot

Really great camera, you have different options to take video and pictures. The problem is that once you record in 4K you cannot remove the wide view or fish eye view. I wish this device can record and take pictures at the same time just like the android Evo phone. Really great quality wish I can put a higher memory card instead of 64GB card since I record all my flights when I put it on my tri-pod.

This GoPro worked very well ...crisp, clear video and still shots. The audio was improved since the 3 and also the built it screen was very useful.

Higher recommended purchase for an active person that wants to record activities. The touch screen is well worth the addition expense. One suggestion would be to purchase an additional battery if out using it all day.

This is my second GoPro,got this one to replace a older model. This one is easier to use and has great video quality. Can use all of my old accessories from my other camera,except the batteries

Been wanting to buy a GoPro and finally pulled the trigger when they offered three free gifts with purchase (ShuttleFly promo, Head Band & Cap accessory and a Remote with Backpack battery). The camera features recording up to 4K and it's very easy to set up. Love it and would recommend it to anyone who may be looking for a video camera (better overall performance, less bulky and much more compact than your typical camcorder). ENJOY!

I did not think this was so small with such great quality. This is my first gopro. The lcd + was recommended but if you could spend the extra 100 bucks, you MUST get this!

This is by far the Best Action Camcorder on the market. I use it on my Motocross Helmet when i race at MB2 Raceway a Indoor Go-Kart Place that i go to 3 times a week. I got mine yesterday and i already mounted it on my helmet and i cannot wait to use it today when i'm going around the track. I love how it's easy to use because it connects to the WI-FI and Bluetooth from my Iphone. Outstanding!! Go Get this GoPro Hero 4 if you are reading this right now :) you won't regret it!

The best thing about GoPro is that there is a mount for everything. And if you love to be outdoors and take great videos/pictures, you need a GoPro. I have used my new GoPro on my dog, a backpack mount, a time lapse rotating timer, a tripod. I will be getting a quadcopter soon. Although I have to say I don't use the built-in LCD a lot because I usually like to conserve battery, I wish I didn't have to pay a premium for the Black version. I might upgrade later when the price comes down. But for now this is great enough

This camera has really great quality, is easy to use and bring and is sturdy. I recommend this camera even to beginners.

This camera is smaller than the original but way more powerful! I have used the original since it came to market, and mostly for diving. Over 500 dives with the go pro camera and not once had a problem. This new camera I have taken on two dives and traveled to Mexico with it. It has so many new features and works well in the water or above the water without needing a lens change.

Awesome cam. Takes good video at night. I love the size of the cam.

Great action/sports camera. Small size, handy, great quality pics and videos. Only set back is the need of additional mounts and accessories, which are not that cheap. But overall great buy.

No real reason to go with the Hero Black @ this point (for our needs). The Silver is perfect for our day-to-day events. We purchased a ton of accessories from Best Buy and have had a blast with the new camera so far. We are thinking about buying a couple of more of the Hero 4 Silver cameras for our bikes, Jet Skis and for just hanging out. It's kinda addicting to have them and watch GoPro YouTube Videos!

Tested out the Hero4 in the pool while on vacation. It was small enough to keep in my swimsuit pocket without being obtrusive. The quality of video and still photos is amazing. GoPro has an app for your smartphone to operate and view what the camera sees. The sound quality wasn't too bad for being in a waterproof case. It was nice not having to worry about damaging it while in and around the water.

Tested this out during indoor soccer and it was phenomenal! Got about 2 hours of video in. The strap was firm and durable - didn't bother me while running or cutting and it stayed on tight the whole time so there was none of the annoying camera bouncing effect. Great depth, angle and resolution overall as well. Uploaded it on youtube with ease.

The reason I purchased this GoPro 4 Silver is because I plan on taking a trip to my dream destination, Tokyo, Japan. So far I have taken a few photos and a few time lapses of sunrises and sunsets. The image quality is amazing, to be honest a lot better than I expected. Cant wait to take my trip and record every moment of my adventure.
