I went to BB to purchase a Gopro. The salesperson said Gopro cameras did not take still shots. He talked me out of buying it due to the 100% wrong info on the product. When I returned to purchase it and return the other product the salesperson recommended, I was denied an offer that was posted online (case + gift card) because they were out of the case at the store. Upon speaking with the manager he shipped a case to my house, but not unless I provided my credit card number for a "minimal charge". Very strange practices.

I bought this for my Bahamas trip and was nothing but happy with this camera. Pictures and video look terrific! Highly recommended!

i used it for my honeymoon last june and it was amazing. i went snorkling and scuba diving. the go pro took great video.

The camera has serious trouble playing back via the HDMI connection. Research on the GoPro website provides numerous fixes to hopefully prevent the problem. That might be great if I was at home and not on vacation and trying to watch the videos from the day. Battery life is also very poor. Video quality is great if you like to watch it on your phone or tablet. It was a disappointing day to come back from skiing with friends and children and not be able to watch any video of it. Based on the comments on the website GoPro is more worried about getting the next camera out than fixing known problems.

Quality pictures and videos from this camera are amazing!! This excellent for outdoor adventures !! Highly recommend!

This works Great in combination with iOS and app as a remote for untethered stills or video! Super easy to setup and use.

Everyone knows that GoPro is the standard in action cameras. I won't bore people by telling about how awesome it is--they're right! BUT, I will say that I had to have my Hero4 Silver replaced because of a manufacturing issue wherein the camera records a "chop-like" interference sound over the video while the camera's on-board wifi is on. It's a fairly well-documented issue, and Best Buy was awesome about replacing it, but something to be aware of early, nevertheless.

Although the pictures in the dark are not that great, the video and in light pictures are excellent and outstanding.

I absolutely love my GoPro Hero4 Silver action camera! The camera features a beautiful 4K video with touch-screen controls while being very durable and easy to take anywhere! The small, compact camera has so much to offer. It has built in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to make sharing photos and videos easy!

This is such an upgrade from the original GoPro. I finally did it and purchase this and so happy I did!!!

We purchased two of these and they are awesome. Had no problems learning how to operate these!

Have tried other brands that have the same 'specs' but don't deliver like the original GoPro

This is indeed a great camera for an active lifestyle. It's compact, light, and simple to operate. The quality of both pictures and video are great and the software used to transfer to a phone is easy to use. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Love the smaller size of this camera, much less obtrusive when worn.

I bought the camera because I'm going to be traveling to South america in the summer and want to be able to take video while down there. So far I have used the bluetooth to connect to my iphone 6 plus and its neat. With my purchase it came with a $50 GC which i'm using for extra attachments. I will also be using sometime before the summer when i go skydiving also.

Video quality is ridiculous! Takes very good pictures as well!

The GoPro 4 is amazing. Bought it for my cruise and was unbelievable the video it can take underwater. Very convenient and easy to handle. Photos are amazing as well. the wide angle lens helps capture more than expected

I really like this camera. It's super user friendly and produces great video. Took it to Costa Rica and loved its flexibility. The battery life is a tad poor though, so I recommend extra chargers or batteries on tap.
