Bought this for my family vacation to take videos. Works great, but eats up battery fast so buy extra batteries.

Been using the camera for a few months now. Great for filming my fishing trips!! Can't wait to use during hunting season!! Videos are crisp and clear. Audio could be a little better, but being the size it is, can't complain. Thumbs up to GoPro for a nice camera in a little package!!

This is by far, the bestGoPro available today. It2185422264 is better that the GoPro 4 Black because it has a touchscreen on the back. It is also way better than the session because you don't have to use a phone, etc. to control it if you don't want to.

Nice to not have to worry about D age to the camera. Easy to use with the app.

This gopro is in noway worth 400$. The sound recording quality is sub par and it lacks proper attachments, I even bought a second attachment for it and on my second snowboard run the camera fell off. It is being returned today. Also after my second run the battery was basically dead, what a piece of garbage.

By far this is the best thing I've ever bought I love all the feature and now some of the best pictures and videos of the most Memorable moments in my life

Purchased this before going on a cruise and was extremely easy to use and got some great shots! The GoPro Editing Studio app is also very user friendly!

So glad we purchased. We took a time laps video of our 6 day road trip to Alaska. The battery lasted about 1.5 hours before having to switch it out.

Bought a GoPro Hero 4 Silver in February. Used it a couple times just to learn it, but the main reason was for an upcoming dream vacation. Spent hundreds on accessories and spare batteries to ensure I'd be able to capture everything I wanted. Fast forward to vacation. Day 1: Sitting in a restaurant listening to a guy playing guitar, and recorded that. No problems, didn't get bumped, jarred, dropped, or anything like that at all. Day 2, will not power on. At all. Tried everything I could think of, looked online, and found a ton of people having this problem. Basically was unable to record this once in a lifetime vacation because of the poor quality of the cam. Called GoPro, they tried everything they knew to, and in the end want me to send in the cam so they can evaluate it and if found defective, they will send me a refurb unit. Really? I didn't pay full retail for a refurb. I can't go back in time to re-do the vacation that I bought this for. The offered me a spare battery to make up for it. No thanks. tldr version: Do not waste your money on this overpriced junk. Poor quality, poor customer service.

I would give this camera 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that when Wifi is activated, whatever you film will have a slight background noise similar to a propeller. I went through 3 cameras and finally gave up. GoPro is aware of this issue. Do a quick google/youtube search and you will see numerous compliants about this. This is a hardware issue on some of these cameras.

Got this beauty for Christmas, so excited to catch all those awesome moments of my kids skiing this winter

The GoPro has been a great way for us to capture footage when we need hands free...climbing, hiking, swimming, sailing, cycling.

I love go pro. Purchased as a gift for my bf and he uses when he goes flying. So many accessories available for purchase as well.

This camera is one really nice camera with time lapse! the casing is really waterproof! used in mud races and winter sports!

I thought the camera was going to take better pictures. This is great for what it is meant for as far as outdoor adventure. Not great for just taking pictures, and there is no zoom.

I bought this camera for recording a hiking trip I went on. It was very light, durable, and the batter lasted pretty long.

Extremely disappointed in this purchase, I will be returning this afternoon. Numerous "error codes" formatted multiple SD cards, bought a different battery. More than half the video footage has horizontal black stripes through the image. Pics are out of focus and have purple stripes running through half the images. I ended up having to purchase a different camera in FL, spent more money than I wanted, but Canon didn't let me down.
