Bought it for my husband. Best purchase by far... the video and pictures are fantastic. Was a bit difficult to set up but watched the you tube videos and it helped. the instructions that came with it wasn't very useful. just purchased more items to go with his camera.

Loved this camera for traveling. Easy to pack, light, and takes good quality pictures and videos. However, not the best low light footage. Battery life is also not the greatest. My favorite part is uploading my footage straight to my phone via the app that doesn't require wifi.

I bought this thing not knowing what I was getting into. Do I regret this purchase? Absolutely not! Don't mess around with any other model. This thing is very user friendly, even for an oaf like me. I wish I had about three more for all of the adventures I've been on.

I took the Go-pro to the mountains for our vacation and used it on the roller coasters, snow tubing, horseback riding, go-carts.... pretty much everywhere we went. It is helping build memories for my 1 year old daughter to look back on and some funny wipe-outs!

I bought this camera for my husband who is a volunteer fireman. He has gotten some very cool footage from incidents that he has responded to. I love watching the videos and can't wait to take it along on our Polaris Ranger rides in the woods this summer and elk viewing!

Camera does a good job with all of it's functions. Video and pictures good. Touch screen back a plus.

I don't know much about the differences between black and silver but I know this silver edition is good enough for me. The quality of the image is excellent and it just looks awesome overall. No complaints.

Purchased for my daughter for Christmas. She's loving the long exposure settings. The camera is amazing. The software is very easy to use and edit videos. Would recommend to anyone wanting a reliable action camera. Will purchase a second one for my wife and I.

I got this for my son who is going on vacation to Colorado for a ski trip. It was a Christmas present and he hasn't set it down now for two weeks, since Christmas. It's so much fun and easy to learn and use!!

I bought my GoPro as a more portable addition to my full frame DSLR camera. I wanted something small that offered wider angles for both photography and video. This fits the bill. I do notice that this camera doesn't perform as well as I expected in evening settings - even in a bright urban environment like downtown Philadelphia, I found that the camera cannot handle contrast well. Any bright light sources create a lot of flare and make the video quality look pretty bad. It was surprising considering how often GoPro cameras are used by studios for the reality shows. I just expected a bit more quality from GoPro. I will warn you that their customer service is less than desirable. Using their email support, I tried to work through the flare issues but dealt with someone who's English was a second language. I don't think they were grasping my issue and responding appropriately. I gave up on trying to resolve my issue. I will say that GoPro should really include a basic/simple tripod mount bracket with the camera. It's a no brainer but of all the mounting accessories they include with the camera, the one that has the most usefulness to the majority is the one that isn't included.

The GoPro Silver Hero 4 is so easy to use. At first I had a little trouble navigating the menu, but after using it a few times it was a piece of cake. A great little camera to capture your most exciting adventures. Accessories are helpful....especially the head gear.

This is the second one my family has purchased for me. The first one bit the dust when riding my road bike. I've got the Hero 4 Silver. Excellent camera. Video is giving me some problems. Some times it plays back well. Other times it seems to jump from frame to frame in video play back mode. really distracting. But Go Pro stands behind their product.

I've been enjoying my GroPro and all it has to offer. The quality of the video is what you'd expect once you learn how to use the camera. Make sure you allow time to edit your videos but the GoPro Studio software is free and straight forward to use. One draw back that I can see is the battery life. Yeah, I know the claim is 2 hours but I feel that is once you switch on. Don't let that keep you from your purchase. I picked up extra batteries and a charger. Haha, then there is the multitude of mounts. No, really! There is a mount for almost everything. Even the questionable yellow float mount may have you giggling.

I haven't used it much, but for the things I have used it for like filming my dog or our huge Christmas parties it worked great! I just need to get a couple of attachments to help me out some so I don't have to just hold the camera! It is really good though!

I purchased this camera in hope of creating better videos for my adventures and I couldn't be more happy with it. The GoPro hero 4 silver is amazing and if you're looking for an action camera then you should definitely get this one. I love it and you will too.

I bought this for a Christmas present for a man who breaks everything and is a rough outdoorsy man. This camera is perfect for him! It's protected, which is a must. This camera takes great video and will definitely be used many, many times. Great purchase!

I already bought the go pro 3 and we are really satisfied so when the go pro 4 was launched in the market my other daughter won't stop until i bought it. Now they are always bugging us to go on out of town trips & vacation so they can use the go pro constantly.

I got the GOPRO Hero +4 Silver to my trip to Iguazu Falls in Argentina/Brazil and it worked perfectly!!! I was able to take photos and videos while the boat was under the falls!!! it was SUPERB!!!! fantastic photos and videos! Highly recommended this product.

Its easy to use, very practical underwater , easy to carry .

Purchased this as a Father's Day present. It was a hit! He has already taken it scuba diving several times and bought a harness mount for the dog....poor girl!
