GoPro has long been known for equipping consumers to produce stunning, high-quality videos with very little technical expertise needed. This unit takes that experience and amps it up considerably with regard to video quality. You'll likely need to purchase some of additional GoPro accessories to get all of the shots you want, but your money will be well spent (and a lot cheaper than other HD video options that don't offer the same out-of-the-box convenience as GoPro products).

After a thorough research about the GoPro line,finally decided to what many highly endorsed,the GoPro4 Silver. It offered all what I needed for an outdoor action camera both land and water activities. Still at the process of discovering more features about it but I am enjoying already immensely what I have discovered and continuously discovering and learning. Would highly recommend to those looking at the GoPro products to skip the starter unit and buy this instead.So worth it!

I purchased this as a Christmas gift, a friend has one he uses while riding his motorcycle. This camera is amazing!!!! I advise anyone wanting to give a great gift to a motorcyclist to get them on of these!!!!

I had the Hero3+ and took it to Europe, I was kicking myself for not have the screen on the back. Lucky for me I was able to upgrade the Hero4 with the touch screen on the back and it IS WORTH THE MONEY! Having the screen on the back allows you to review, set settings, and setup for video and camera shots without wireless on your phone.

This is my first GoPro Camera, and it is great. The screen is useful, and it helps a lot when taking pictures. The touch screen functions also help you when using the camera and make it easier to change the settings.

GoPro is a new "must have" for people who like action and adventure and want to capture those memories. Watching movies taken on a GoPro are like doing something fun all over again -- from the comfort of your home!

Bought our first go pro for an Alaskan fly fishing trip. We knew it'd be wet and cold and wanted a camera that could put up with our adventures and give incredible photos and video at the same time. We love it!

Good camera, could use a zoom feature. Could be less expensive.

A really fun camera for all activities. From at the beach surfing, boating, paddle boarding to bike riding. Always fun to watch videos after the activities, especially with friends and family sharing good times!

After a lot of research, I went with the Hero4 Silver. Didn't need the couple extra features of the black and like having the lcd screen built in. Definitely what I would recommend for anyone wanting a GoPro

Camera purchased so that I can bike ride with my 7yr. old daughter and capture the moments. Easy to start the video and great playback on the computer and t.v.

This camera takes really fantastic still pictures and videos that you couldn't get any other way. I wish it was easier to get access to all the features with the water proof case on, but the camera is fantastic. The only other feature I wish it had was a zoom. That's just because the pictures are so amazing, I'm using it as a full time camera replacement

Got this to catch some video of fishing and I can't say one bad word about it. I love it. The video is clear and it is perfect. This is a must have for any outdoorsman. Just wish I would have gotten one sooner.

With the addition of a touch screen and bluetooth this GoPro 4 is so much easier to operate and to understand. For my purposes riding a motorcycle I need a remote switch - which l understand is available. Then I can quickly capture a photo or video before whatever it is passes by.

Took some learning & getting used to, but love the photo quality! A little difficult figuring out how to watch the videos.

Easy to use and functional too. We used (3) GoPros on a rafting trip in WV. Awesome shots. Durable. Waterproof. Battery life nearly 2 hours of continuous use.

We love our Go PRO. It is everything we expect. We love how it is water proof. The only annoying thing is not knowing everything about it to quickly change settings when needed. Everyone should own one though.

I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loves the versatility. It's a pretty cool little gadget. The only drawback is having to purchase all the accessories separately. By the time all was said and done, I'd spent almost $600! So far, it is holding up, but I am concerned about long term durability with all the plastic pieces and parts.

Great camera, easy to use. I used it primarily for underwater diving. Need to add a filter for better color underwater.
