The video quality is so amazing! i debated on this model vs. the 4K model. I was impressed, i would recommend this for the price its just right. It wont disappoint.

Excellent images and video, but the head in the sand approach to resolving wifi needs patience. Regurgitating inaccurate instructions and the update firmware echo indicates a missing piece between polite tech support and reality.

I recommend this camera to everyone. It is the greatest invention ever, I can capture my crazy moments,sports and trips with my kids. I loved and recommended.

My GO PRO failed after 2 trips with it under normal conditions. 3rd trip battery did not recharge and the camera was rendered useless. HOWEVER, Upon return to BEST BUY they replaced the camera. Fortunately we recovered the SD card and it worked in the replacement camera. So far so good.

Camera was well worth the price and very functional. Many uses for it without a drone. Have attached it to my dog, car, boat, bike - all have displayed great video.

This camera is very fun to use. It works great underwater, and is fun to capture those "action moments" your traditional camera can't. Would definitely recommend!

Bought this camera for a family vacation and love it! Was able to take great photos of the kids while in the pool and didn't have to worry about ruining the device

The built in back screen may not seem like it is important but when you have to get just the right shot it is so nice to only need the camera to see what you've got.

Unbelievably great camera! First day I got it I started taking pictures and recorded everything I could possibly see and every single shot had amazing quality!

I read reviews for several different cameras like this, and they're right: GoPro is *not* the simplest one to learn and use. However, having said that, my husband (whose toy this is) is not a techie by any means, and he figured out within his first couple of experiments how to do the basics the way he wanted them. I think he called tech support once or twice, but now he's playing more with it to learn some of the more advanced techniques (like using his cellphone as a remote control for it --yes, for us that is an advanced technique), and he is very pleased with it. He's even started putting together his own videos with the editing software. So if he can figure it out (eventually), anyone can. I gave it 4 stars, by the way, because of the learning curve. I don't think this is a toy for the technologically faint of heart or complete techie tyros unless you really are willing to sit down & read the instructions and work through your frustrations with the learning curve.

Very happy with this GoPro. First GoPro purchase and have enjoyed playing with it around the house. Cannot wait to use it during an upcoming cruise vacation!

This go pro is great. I love the lcd screen on the back. The battery seem to last longer than my my go pro 3 plus

According to my nephew, this was the best thing ever invented. He uses it when we go camping while riding his quad or when he goes skateboarding at the skate park.

This is our second GoPro as the first is at the bottom of a lake. This takes the best action shots/videos. Be sure to add the floatations device if in the ocean!

Camera is good for people who like to travel and take a lot of selfies. However, with the lems shape, the picture can end up looking like a fish eye effect. You also need a selfie stick and need to hold it firmly. if you don't the picture will become blurry. But, good camera overall.
