Great action camera, with a little practice you can get great shots, voice commands and action viewer make it a lot easier to use

Takes great underwater pictures. Took it on a cruise and had a plethora of amazing pics to share with the family

Touch screen and voice command do not always respond very well. I wish the charging cord was universal with cell phone cords. Have to carry one more extra charging cord. Very happy otherwise, takes great pictures!

The addition of an LCD screen vs. the Hero4 is a huge plus. It's not nearly as responsive or sharp as, say, a smartphone screen but it gets the job done. I like that you can manually adjust the lens angle from wide (fisheye) to linear. I had doubts about its underwater capabilities but it performed without fail. I was disappointed that I had to buy all new batteries/charger but it ended up being worth it as the batteries last about 3x as long as those in my Hero4 Black, if not longer.

I must admit that I haven't really used this all that much yet, besides taking it out of the box and experimenting with it. I'm a first time GoPro user and purchased this for a trip I'm taking to Australia in a couple months. After doing tons of research on action cameras, this seems to be the best one on the market. Only drawback is that I wanted a 360 degree 4K water proof action camera and this doesn't capture 360 degrees. Hopefully GoPro will come out with one of those shortly and I can upgrade to it.

Bought this for my shark cage trip off of Cape Cod. Got great videos and great still shots. Camera tracked great undetwater.

The camera is great, just wish there was more directions with it, we had to google it just to get it out of the box and set up
