GoPro 5 it was worth it To wait because is 4K , LCD screen, water proof less accessories to carry on with me

Took on Vacation to Kauai , took to lots of extreme environments including under water , still working.

Haven't used much but like it so far, easy to use. Would like instructions with it I stead of online only.

Being touch screen, this GoPro is super user friendly. All the settings are easy to get to, whether you want to take a photo, video or time lapse the ability to touch the screen and change the format is awesome. The quality of the pictures and videos are perfect. Definitely worth the money.

Great video camera. Only complaint would be the short battery life. Might want to consider buying a spare.

I got this GoPro when it came out and I never used it because the little door to charge the batt came defective and unable to open. Will not be buying any GoPro cameras in the future, I should have spend my money elsewhere. I literally used it once until the battery got deplete and unable to open the door. Waste of money. I paid full price too. Sad.

Great camera for a beginner . The underwater feature is really nice.

My son loves his product. Would highly recommend to anyone that this is the best! Extremely waterproof and takes great pictures. The video camera is also amazing and picture is great! Warranty is a good thing to buy as we always do.

This was my first GoPro since the Hero 3black and wow! What a difference! I'm a pilot and a skydiver, I use this camera for jumping and flying, the video stabilization is amazing, it works perfect for both activities! Plus its rock solid just like all GoPro's, I highly recommend this camera!

No doubt that GoPro makes great cameras. Was a little disappointed to find out the camera itself doesn't connect to WiFi and sync with phone unless you use the app and share a network. Also, don't love the lack of accessories included, feeling a bit nickeled and dimed by GoPro because every cool feature or add-on is another cost to get the best experience.

I bought this for a drone, but it is also great for any activity and has great picture/movie quality!

The last GoPro I owned was the Hero 2, so this is definitely an upgrade! Touch screen is awesome!

Overall the GoproHero 5 black perfoms ok, but there are some things like the app that could be much much better. I come from a Sony actioncam mini and the experience with the app is far better than what Gopro offers in terms of ease of use. Also if you buy it, make sure to go and update to the latest version of the software for the GoPro Camera. I bought it and took it with me for a vacation and the experience was horrible with constant freezing and disconnects from the app. I updated and now it behaves normally or at least it haven't freezed for now. Image quality is not bad. Also beware of not letting the camera drop since the housing is not a full one and the front lens rim can damage really easily. At least they sell the part and can be replaced also easily. Voice commands are a little iffy and they don't work well in places with too much noise which in my vacations was everywhere. I'll keep playing with it and adjust my review accordingly.
