I bought this for my boyfriend. He absolutely loves it. We took it on our trip to Cancun, he loves taking time lapse videos on it. Overall good quality. I wish the picture/video quality was better but that’s the only bad thing I can say about the product

Great item gets a bit hot quick but other than that has very good quality picture.

The touch screen is awesome! Much more user friendly than my previous GoPro model!

I purchased this camera for my son for his 12th birthday and he absolutely loves it!! he videotapes himself driving his go kart, quad and riding his skateboard then upload his videos to social media for all of his school friends to share his exciting lifestyle with him

It's a nice small video camera, but the beeping is quite annoying though.

The only thing I would say about the new go pro that was a con was the battery life.

This is my first action camera. It does everything that I need. Also the editing software is great. We went on a 5 day vacation to the Bahamas and was able to take all the picture and videos and put it into a 15 min video showcasing our entire vacation. 2 thumbs up

We haven't used it much, but it's been great for recording basketball shots from behind the glass. Getting it set up was a challenge, which we expect to get better at as we learn all the capabilities. We're looking forward to summer and taking it out on the lake!

Wow! This camera is overrated in my opinion. It will cost you more than you think. Hero 5 drains the battery life like it's nothing (just like my AR in Rapid fire Tuesday). You will actually buy more back up batteries just to satisfy your needs and it's not gonna be cheap. And accessories wise?? Don't even get me started.

I like that the camera has a built in GPS so that I can add my speed when taking videos of my drive. Also I like the fact that I no longer need a housing to make it bulkier like the previous one did.

This camera is a great product with excellent features. This is an awesome camera.

Received this as a Christmas present from my wife, it’ll see a lot of uses from chasing our 14 month old, family gatherings, hunting, 4wheeling and even some at work. I’m glad these things are as durable and versatile as they are. Very happy with it.

I like to use it outdoors with all my activities. It works well for that.

Love the GoPro Hero 5 Black. Definitely waited long enough so that GoPro included everything I wanted in an action cam without having to buy a ton of accessories like the LCD backpack, waterproof housing, etc... Decided to spend the extra $100 over the Session for the touchscreen...so worth it. HDMI/USB-C door can be a little funky to close and open. Other than that it's a great camera!

Works good. Great video & picture taking. Would recommend to anyone.

I purchased this to keep on the helmet of my bike for insurance purposes, now i find myself using it with my skateboard, motorcycle, and anything else where i can get a cool shot. the mounts hold to a standard helmet easily at 100+ mph (on a track of course)
