I purchased an off brand camera and had to return it. So happy I did. Now I purchased this Go Pro camera and I am so happy I did. Price was reduced after the holidays and I contacted Best Buy and they refunded the difference. Great place to shop!

hard to use battery goes dead very fast sales person knew nothing at best buy

But be careful what aspect ratio you use as it drains battery life real quick.

I have 3 Black and 4 Black and so far I like this one the best. I will say the Hero 4 Black is a great camera. Was disappointed when I found out that they changed all the housing for the 5, but after buying the Karma drone, it makes sense. A worthy upgrade.

GoPro did a great job on this one. I upgraded from an older GoPro to this one and I am thoroughly impressed.

It has great audio/video quality. The app is also helpful for remote recording.

I purchased the go pro hero five to record family videos as well as trail running videos. It definitely needed a stabilizer for the motion video. However, it's wide-angle lens allows me to stay in frame with ease. The view finder on the back is also great!

Works great but difficult to figure out at first. You have to buy several attachments to use this camera for different things. Very happy that Best Buy had a promotion going that you would get a free memory card with purchase of the GoPro! Thank you Best Buy !

This is a nice camera but screen is small. This is a good camera for video.

We really enjoy using our GoPro. I wish that we could zoom in and out though.

The product is great the extended warranty that B.B. sells is the problem. They tell you no questions asked simple exchange if something goes wrong with product. Not as simple as they say it’s a hassle to exchange if product brakes.

Great camera easy to use, love the under water feature. Have used it for auto videos and snorkeling and the images are fantastic looking on my 4k TV. Due to my heavy use had to purchase a second battery but no complaints about battery life so far. Would recommend if you have an older model and want to step up to 4k or if you've been thinking about buying one this is the model to get

The camera is a lot slower than I expected. It takes a while for your pictures to load and sometimes I'm forced to shut off the camera completely because it freezes. Nothing like the Hero3 that I have and the battery life isn't great either.

Only regret was that I did not purchase the Karma. Went back saw that I could have gotten the drone and stabilizer for 1200. Got the drone and stabilizer anyway but could have saved some money.

It's hard to set up but once you get the hang of it it's awesome! Great buy.
