It takes a bit to get use to, have had to ask for some help and instructions on line. But once getting use to it, takes great pictures and so small to slip into your pocket. Issue with the price whish at least something came with it.

I thought I had informed myself before purchasing this product, the motivation for which was an impending trip to Playa del Carmen and Cozumel. Unfortunately, from the moment I tried to get the product going (trying to get it out of its casing, opening the battery door, opening the compartment door for the micro chip) which took three different You Tube videos to figure out, to the setting up of the camera- it turned out the software on this product was already out of date and I was on the phone with customer service for,over an hour being walked through the troubleshooting, then the update. Finally, when trying to charge the backup battery for the camera in a second charger (additional purchase), I realized the USB cable that came with it was the wrong one (Go Pro error). BestBuy exchanged it without question, however the customer service rep at BB said I wasn't the first person who had returned it with the same problem. Finally, on my diving excursion, first dive I was able to turn on video, but under water I was unable to turn stop it from videoing, nor was I able to go from video to photo. On my second dice (bull sharks) would not work under water at all. As soon as I got back on the boat, it functioned without,a hitch. Third and forth dives - tested camera before,the dive, all good. During dive ZIPPO! Didn't even bother on the last six dives. The product is going back to Best Buy the weekend I return back to the states. I have never spent more times with a piece of electronics in my life and it was a huge disappointment. One can image how frustration to be unable to memorialize my dives in one of,the great reefs of the world. I hear Canon makes a good underwater camera...

I'm so glad I finally got a GoPro. I'm also glad I purchased this version because the app wouldn't work so that I could use my phone for as screen.

Great camera and features. Battery is not so great. Doesnt have an off switch to make it conserve more battery life, so extra batteries for journeys/adventures is a must.

This device is so cool and my kids just love using it in the water. It's so tiny but use it with the go Pro handler and you're all set. Enjoy!

The go pro is absolutely perfect. The video is so clear and focused. It also takes amazing pictures.

This was my first GoPro, I put it on a head harness and took the kids to the lake. Had a great time and have the pics and video to remind us.

I was hesitant to purchase this item because I am not a fan of the fisheye look, but they have made tremendous strides to reduce that effect.

Love the go pro it works good sometimes kinda hard to operate since it functions differently with its on/off button the case to charge the camera is so hard to get off that is the major downside to the GoPro as far as its uses its great!

I bought this camera for a trip down the river. But I learned that this thing can be used to record just about anything!

Was sceptical about go pro for a long time unroll I decided to pull the trigger on this camera. It's is what they say it is. Plain and simple.

I did not think they could could making this better but they did! Amazing little camera. Built in LCD screen and voice activated are a major plus!

This little thing can almost go anywhere, just one thing when purchasing don't forget the memory card...kind of a set back on my part...whoops

I used this for snorkeling on a cruise. There was a bit of a learning curve but I got some good photos and video. I wish it came with more info on how to do different things with it. I look forward to using it more.

The first GoPro 5 leaked water and the SD card kept having an error reading. Was told there were problems with some that were made and was very happy to get it replaced for free. I have been really happy with the new one so far.

I love the new GoPro so far, bout it before a holiday to SE Asia, and it has been exactly what I needed. Especially enjoying the voice fratures

This is a great camera. I love the touchscreen and all the accesories available for it. Returned my session 5 and got me this one . I love it
