I had a weird blue filter and it was probably because I did not know how to configure this device too well. It is too expensive for the little updates that it gets every year. I'd recommend always getting the less expensive previous model.

A lot of things are better then the hero 4. I like the touch screen, easy to change settings. Built in stabilizer, no need for a housing, built in wifi. Worked well and got good shots on the Karma grip.

This camera is amazing for the outdoor sports I participate in.

I upgraded to the Hero 6 from the 4. It's a little smaller and is waterproof to 30 feet which means i don't need the bulky case in the swimming pool.

I purchased this to record my band at our shows. Outstanding quality and super easy to use. I also purchased the Karma Grip. I highly recommend it. Makes all of your shots look 100% cleaner!

I was looking in to upgrading my old GoPro and decided to spend the extra money on the 6 versus the 5, the video quaility with no editing is amazing and the stablization feature works wonders.

The camera is unbelievable. It takes video like nothing I have ever see before. It is compact and so easy to carry everywhere we go. I would tell anyone this is a must for any vacation

Awesome device , highly recommend this go pro for action shots and to take on vacations . It is small enough to put in your pocket and takes great photos .

Got this for the wife and it takes great pictures. My only complaint is with phones these days taking awesome photos it's not really necessary to carry another device. Hard to justify the price but if you are set on a gopro then the 6 or 7 is plenty enough camera

This thing is the best they have now. Video is so clear and the camera on it looks real life. Recommend in Buy this for sure. Also waterproof right out the box no extra parts needed.

This is by far the best GoPro they have made. The vide quality is super. I have a GoPro Hero Session and this makes that obsolete. The only complaint is the battery life as in all GoPros.

My husband loves this camera. He is able to use it when gaming, traveling and everyday outdoor activities. The newer version came out before we got to use this one which my only complaint, but it still has many great feautures especially with the add ons.

Great camera, software for editing is not easy to use

This camera takes great quality videos and photos. The coloring of the images using default settings is very vivid (is this saturation? can you tell I'm not a pro?) Image stabilization with this thing, while it doesn't compare to using a gimbal, is still pretty amazing. I saw complaints about the software freezing. This did happen to me once because of a file error with one of my captures, but the camera automatically corrected itself and returned to normal. You should be ok if you get a memory card with the fastest read/write speed possible. Overall I love this thing since I can now nerd out making home movies that look fantastic.

Just picked this up last eeek. Had an older model and this new updated GoPro is better than the first go pro that came out. Easy to use and takes awesome pics and high quality video

I obsessed over whether or not to buy this camera for 2-3 months. I already own the Hero Session 5. Would the Hero 6 Black be worth another $399? I read review after review and briefly thought about putting that money toward a 360 camera. In the end, I pulled the trigger on this camera and I’m SO glad I did. It’s the most advanced GoPro to date. I love setting the camera on 1080p and jacking the frame rate up to 240 fps. That gives you smooth slow motion shots that hold their resolution in post-production, should you decide to run it through Adobe Premiere. The video and photos from the 6 are outstanding. I would recommend this camera to anyone.

The GoPro camera is great, it is ease to setup and use, the pictures and videos are clear. I use 1080 & 30fps wide view for most of my videos. I am in love with this product

Where have I been the last 20 years to not know how special go pros were. The stabilization, the picture, the quality is by far the best. Go pro fanatic was born when I got this!
