The GoPro Hero 6 is the same exact size as the Hero 5 but has even more features. It may not be worth upgrading from 5 to 6 like Apple wants you to do for iPhones, but if you're in the market for one, just jump straight the Hero 6.

However i recommend watching a youtube video to learn about the different color and light balances and you will have professional pics and videos. Also download the app they give you a trial and when on wifi you can transfer direct to your phone. Love it

Voice Commands are Great

The voice commands are great for hands free recording and snapping a photo. The “hi light” feature is great for marking a section for editing later.

GoPro! It’s used by beginners and pro’s

No matter what level, the image is always really great! I have a 55” OLED and the video looks great on it from the GoPro cameras! I like that I can mount the camera using a suction cup to the outside of my car, or even hand hold it and still get really great results!

GoPro is smaller, more versatile, and for family videos it is more than enough. Plus, you can have fun by attaching it to your kids or dog and get some funny videos :)

Awesome camera

I mounted it to the handlebars of my four wheeler, the quality of video was outstanding considering the terrain was terrible. I also used it to catch the fireworks on the fourth and that too was amazing. You can’t go wrong with a GoPro.
