Support for hardware is poor
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the GoPro Hero 6 in March and now the Hero 7 is out and I guess support for my device has ended (no updates since February). I am having issues and the support personnel blamed my micro SD card instead of the device or new Quik software update. I personally think it's the fact that my hero needs a firmware update for MacOS 10.14, but the support rep refused any possibility other than the card (two expensive cards I purchased for 4K). I can watch the videos from my device, the Quik software simply doesn't see it when connected to my laptop. It worked in the past, but not now...? I will never buy GoPro again. Seven months after my purchase and it feels like the hardware I purchased is no longer on their radar to improve, all focus is on new products. Very Disappointed.

A little dissapointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the camera for a trip used it about 4 days and now when i try to get it to connect with a bluetooth remote it freezes up or when i try to get it to connect with my cell phone for the gopro app it also freezes. It worked great but when trying to download videos or look at pictures it freezes. I would give it a 3/5
