The Hero 6 wasn't worth the price(and I got it on sale). There are a lot of things that I was disappointed with in the GoPro Hero 6. Here's a few: It didn't work well with my PC when I was trying to get the media. I didn't think the camera did very well in dark conditions. There was a lot of noise in the video I shot in my house. While shooting in 4k, the camera was getting hot. Not sure if that would effect performance in the long run. I know some might find it worth it to overlook some of these things, but not me. Anyway, I decided to return it.

Wait for next generation. This camera quality footage it is too grainy and not worth the buy. Check other online reviews and you will see that this camera has so many flaws. Save your money

We bought this for underwater video and pictures on our vacation and it worked great although I’d suggest reading the instructions well if you haven’t used one before.

The battery on my Go pro hero 6 is terrible. it drains in less than 5 mins.

The camera is constantly locking up and does not respond to commands promptly.

Stopped working the first time we went in the water. Bought it for our honeymoon in Hawaii. 2nd day it was toast

the unit would not power up tried everything even took back to best and they couldn't get it to work

This camera sucks. Takes horrible pics. Horrible vids. My iPhone is better.. returned !

Battery literally dies in a short period. 20 to 25 min max...

Go Pro Hero 6 when it worked it worked great, problem was it only work 25% of the time. It would freeze up and stop working or you could pair it up with a remote and work for a while then nothing. Took back to store 3 times to get a new one same thing happened again, got money back

Very hard to get out of case, very tight fit. Small camera

The sounds are not good and have conflict with iphone

Super durable!! I own the hero 4 & the photo/video quality is so much better on the 6. Purchased mostly for vacation chasing the little ones around the beach and pool. I hate lugging around a huge dslr or using my cell phone for this. I've cracked the glass on 2 phones so far..highly recommend this to family shooters who want an easy shooting experience. Oh yeah the stabilization is insane!!!

I took this on vacation and it is not holding a charge. I plan to return/replace when I get home

The GoPro Hero 6 would not turn after many calls with GoPro. Save some money and buy the Hero 5. It is a great camera.

bought cuz of the gro pro reputation. not worth it, should of waited for the 7. the color reproduction is terrible! bought this using a 10% off with the best buy store card. never got that 10% off

I was very excited at the time of the purchase however that joy ended very fast. The first camera freezes and won’t play my videos, took it back to the store and they suggested to be exchanged... second time it happened exactly the same! I taught was something I was doing wrong however the Squad Geek guys said it was something wrong with the camera sonI ended purchasing the HERO 5 which it works fine so far...

Videos have grid showing when playing back. Replaced it and didn't get a good customer service.
