    So far the camera has been great, I wish you could plug it directly into a pc to use as a webcam vs having to buy a capture card. The new 8 and 9 I believe let you but you also have to fork out x amount of money for their media extension. This one also has the replaceable lens cover vs the new ones. This one also has the hdmi out vs the new ones, the night captures could be better. Overall a great camera and can save you lots in having to buy add on accessories to get the same functionality.
