One of the best action camera to shoot outdoors. Really impressed with the image quality.

I’ve owned every version of the GoPro family of cameras since the GoPro 4 Black (which was silver) and must admit the quality footage from the 7 Black is a lot smoother and better looking quality then previous versions...very user friendly even if you’ve never played or owned a GoPro before. However for those of you who use GoPro, the only downside is the lack of manual user settings that the GoPro 6 offered.

I own multiple GoPro cameras. The Hero 7 Black Special addition is basically the Hero 7 but is white. Love the look.

I use this camera in my research underwater and it delivers! I was very pleased to find that GoPro now allows the user to turn off the screensaver setting for longer duration records. The super wide view is great! I've used it extensively (every day) for the last month! I'm very pleased.

Would recommend to anyone not the cheapest but good quality. Buy it you will be happy

Love the 4K video but had problems with it overheating and shutting down.

I've used this camera with a selfie stick. I've used while biking, walking, and in a car (passenger). It's very stylish, small, and clear (4k). You have to download the gopro app to make it work. You'll have to purchase an SD card compatible with go pro. I purchased my sd card for 32 (32GB). The go pro does not have any memory. I like the voice recognition which helps with the selfies, i added a timer of 3 seconds. Its not good at taking pics or video recording at night. Its very compact like most other gopros. The black version which i have has a front screen and a touch screen option in the back. I like the balancing feature when i was using my bike. It's very clear and the sound quality sounds great as well. One thing i don't like is the battery life, i'm assuming in order to make the Gopro light and small the battery life was sacrificed. I was using it for an hour it was almost 50% battery life left. It gets a little warm as well but not hot. I never owned a go pro, so far i like it and my gf likes it too. I haven't tried the live streaming option yet, so i cannot comment on that, but over all i like this gopro and will be using it on my adventures! I would recommend.

Bought this over a regular camera because it was on sale and same price as a regular camera. First time buying a GoPro so I was little afraid I wouldn’t be able to use it to it’s full potential. After a few quick videos I was able to use it and really enjoyed all the accessories it came with.

Great quality pictures and video. If you move while taking pictures they become distorted

Would strongly recommend anyone interested in travel videos or just recording your vacations to get a GoPro. They are built like a tank . Their dust and water resistance is real !! Currently there are newer version available , but the Hero 7 Black is great as well.

We went on a ski trip and decided to buy the GoPro. The video and picture quality was good.

I’m still trying to get used to the app itself to watch and save videos and pictures. I hate that I only have 7 days to view and save them to my other devices or else they get erased. But I’m still learning how to use the different apps that you can download to help you edit and save your pics and videos

9/2020 This is my first GoPro and I find it intuitive and great for capturing family trips. The material feels like high quality and the footage is great! If you're in the market for an action camera that's not going to break the bank, I highly recommend the GP7.
