Why is the camera will freeze while filming/video taping is my concern. The screen will totally blackout thus interrupting the continuity of the video. I want answer as soon as possible. Can I return it and change to a new one?

First time I took it under water approx 5’ it froze and essentially would not work for quite some time. It eventually worked out the kinks and I continued filming. This has occurred several times. I also have issues with the app. While using the app it freezes and closes. That may be a bandwidth issue on my phone.

It's a GoPro. What more can you say. I had purchased a DJI Action Camera, but returned it because I was unhappy with it. The GoPro generally works well, and there's lots of support and information material to go with it. My only complaint so far is that the sound is a bit muddy. That may be due to the noise reduction.

bought this for a Mexico vacation and was not disappointed. the under water video quality was better than the human eye. great not to have it in a hard plastic case like the hero 4 which makes the sound not as muffled.

great little camera. it a little expensive but get the black version instead of the other one because this one uses a removable battery. it also doesn't come with any hand attachment.

The set up wasn't complicated and it did a great job.

I recently purchased this GoPro HERO7 for an upcoming mountain bike race because of the LIVE stream to Facebook/Twitter function. It worked amazing! My parents and firends were finally able to see an entire race of mine in real time!

So far so good but the battery ran out really quick

Got this camera to shoot 4K video as well as time lapse video. It creates the time lapse video as an actual video file as opposed to a series of photos that you have to stitch together later with an app. Much easier to do time lapse.

1 main issue-overheats. It doesn’t have screenlock

Works as expected, battery life is terrible, purchase an extra battery and the charger that allows you to charge two batteries at once..has some Bluetooth connection issues with my pixel 3xl.

The stabilization has made significant improvements.

Great little camera for any type of use. I use it as a dash cam, for work in real estate, personal videos, blogging. The time warp is awesome to play with and I am going to use the heck out of it when when traveling this month.

Very good equipment, excellent video and photography

This is the best purchase that we've made for our videography. It's easy to whip this guy out and start capturing footage without fumbling with our 6lb camera set up. It also has pretty good audio capabilities considering its size!

I am very impressed with the hyper smooth footage built in to this GoPro as well as the water proof outer without the need for a cage like the older versions. Great price point as well. Shoots 4k with hyper smooth now

I really loved the picture quality of the vedios...

I bought the GoPro 3 for my son 5 years ago since then he had gone into the service and I was pretty excited when the GoPro 7 came out. It has a lot more features.I bought it for him for Christmas and sent it to him and he loves it.
