I bought this as a 2nd go pro to run with my go pro 8 because it was cheaper than the 8. To me I would have bought two 7s to save money cause video quality in 1080 seems the same and much cheaper.

We love our GoPro. We use it mainly on our dive adventures, but also had great use on land. The quality of the videos and images is incredible. The size makes it very easy to carry around.

This is awesome! We love it. Such great quality. Easy to use. Took it snowboarding. All the kids took turn using it. Works so good. Very glad we bought it. Must have! Great gift for anyone!

Great action camera. I use this to record my sons hockey games. Excellent picture quality and love that you can control the camera with the app. Life of battery is a downfall though.

it's small which makes it very portable and it has very easy controls. the touchscreen and the video-stabilization is great.

Video quality is excellent. Used it for hours snorkeling and 100% waterproof. Had some issue removing the battery where the tab rips off that is to assist in the removal. You can spend a good amount of time trying to wedge it out without the tab. Otherwise excellent camera.

When it works it give great video. However, there are many different problems with many different people. For example, for me, the camera, sometime, will not turn so I have to remove/replace the battery. This is a pain especially when it is in a case and mounted in a suction mount on a car windshield.

Easy to use and love it. My son got this and adhered it to his motorcycle. My husband has an older model and it shows. The picture quality and ability to stabilize is great on the hero 7.

I recently retired my hero four and bought the hero seven black. Much easier to operate in the picture is unbelievable. If you’re thinking about upgrading your old camera go for it you won’t be disappointed .

Have not bought a camera in years since we use our cell phones for that now. This little item is FANTASTIC! Voice activation makes it a breeze to begin and end capturing video, turn on/off, etc. The battery life leaves a lot to be desired, so I ordered a charger and 3 extra batteries. You will need a memory card as well, this does not come with it. So far we are enjoying it alot. Uploaded the Quik Pro app and made cute little videos to share.

Bought this to take video while on our cruise vacations. It's small compact and takes good pictures and video. Still learning how to use it and the editing tools better, but I am quite pleased with the Hero7 so far.

Absolutely love this thing! I used it for a ski trip and it caught everything! The picture and video is super clear! Super easy to use, especially with the Bluetooth app!

This GoPro Hero7 action camera is awesome. The stabilizer on videos is legit, like you don't need anything else, such as Osmo Mobile. The video and picture quality is pretty good, especially the 4k ones.

Absolutely blown away by the image quality out of this little camera. Purchased for a project and it paid for itself in that one day. Great quality, super easy to use and a huge ecosystem of accessories.

The footage looks great and with the right SD card it can record for hours, but the battery life is very short (about 50 mins) and has over heated and shut down more than a couple times. I purchased a portable battery pack and a new breathable mount and it has helped.

Make sure you put the battery in correctly. It can be a pain to remove it if improperly inserted. The booklet is non descriptive and only has pictures. The camera it self walks the user through setup. Once programmed the picture quality is great. The ease of use is also simple.

This has to be the best action camera by far. I place this camera anywhere and hasn’t disappoint besides the battery drain. Luckily, batteries are cheap.

I have used this for 3 years everyday recording my motorcycle rides. I never put a "how to split lanes" movie out like I intended but I do have some great footage of it as it happens and all the wonderful but dangerous things you have to be ready for. It is a great way to capture action for sure. You can go pro and do all sorts of creative things I suppose but I just basically capture what I see as I go no problem. There are time when I have to stop and restart if I pause and start as it freezes but hey for the way I treat it and where it goes I am surprised it still works .... this is my second one,.,

I bought this GoPro for my boyfriend for his graduation gift. And he was very excited about it and we used it and it takes great pictures/videos. The only thing is that when we put the battery inside the GoPro, the actual hatch itself wouldn't seal completely. It had a bit of it that would stick up. We looked up on the Internet if this had happened with a lot of the HERO7 Black GoPros and it turns out it had. We went back to Best Buy and asked the customer service rep who pointed us in the direction of the appropriate personnel. However, when we asked, the employee just said, "Oh yeah that happens, but it should be totally fine for underwater use." I wasn't entirely convinced, but when I asked if we should exchange it, the employee just answered by saying it's no use because they're all like that. It just made me concerned that I spent all this money on something that can't even close a hatch correctly. He hasn't used it underwater yet, but we're a bit afraid to.

This is my second GoPro and the technology has become even better than before. Easy to use, fantastic picture/sound and transferring content is a breeze. Highly recommend this camera for a serous adeventurer.
