A little confused with this camera. I turned it on before riding my atv and it only recorded 7:35 videos at a time. Not sure what the issue is.

I like my old go pro much better. Took this on an African safari and was disappointed. Keeps over heating with very little use

After 5 days of using it started to hang. I keep on turning it off but it didnt work at all. You must need to open the case and remove the battery and turn it on again.

Unbelievably horrible device, overheating, freezing, battery drains without any usage

Needs a device to record softball games. Only issue is if in the Sun and its hot it will shut down. Recording was simple and connected easily to my iphone.

Save your money. Command feature has never once worked, most of the buttons need more than average force to work & honestly it was an extreme waste of money. Technology isn’t anywhere close to where it claims to be. Better off getting a waterproof case for your phone haha

I film Outdoors on the boat using loop record so I had overheating issues right off the bat

I bought 2 of them and unfortunately one kept freezing. I ended up returning them. Giving 3 stars for the one that did work but even that froze a couple times.

This go pro works well but, unless I just haven't seen it, it doesn't have a slow motion feature. Bummed considering how expensive it was.

My Hero 7 Black takes great video. But as a device to take snorkeling, it is incredibly disappointing that under water there is no way to zoom. It’s kind of hard to get fish, a stingray, or a shark to swim up close. Lots of waterproof cameras can zoom. How did they leave that off their features?

Has it quirks. Gets confused sometimes. A fun toy but not something I would rely on to get that once in a lifetime shot.

Cant believe no one tell the true about this camera. Overheats after 10 minutes of recording, and then freeze up. GoPro blames everything but the camera. about ti return this product for second time.

So I was expecting a lot from this GO-PRO HERO 7 and I didn’t care spending almost $700.00 dollars on this thing but at the end I got very,very disappointed and the reason why was cuz it overheated and it won’t record so I had to wait for the camera to cool down to use it again but after 4,5 minutes it will do the same so I returned it back..Garbage !!

This GoPro has had audio issues since i have bought. I have a youtube channel and it is not very reliable for what i do.

Throughout my vacation I lost half of the videos. Later some of the video is not comparable with windows software on my computer.

Great camera but the HDMI out will not work for me. Wanted to use it as a webcam but am not able to.

It’s a good camera until it messes up and water gets in it I’ve been thru like 4/5 of these.

So I picked up the Hero7 Black last night at my local Best Buy. I was very excited to use this Gopro for an upcoming trip I have to San Gabriel. However, after getting everything set up, and shooting a couple small videos around my apartment...I am very disappointed. For starters, the video quality is extremely poor for such a high end device. At first I thought it was something on my part, but no. The quality is fuzzy and looks like I am recording on an iPhone 3. Next, the GoPro cloud feature/function seems like a good idea in theory, but really, it is shot out. My small 1 minute videos take forever to even auto upload to the cloud. While larger videos sometimes just don't upload at all. I am very disappointed with this purchase and will be returning when I arrive back in Denver. This is no fault of BestBuy of course, and maybe I should've went with a newer model GP...but either way, I will be investing in a camera that has better quality and a more seamless upload experience.

Bought as a gift for my teenage son. Used at Busch Gardens. Film quantity is okay. Not the best.

Purchased open box. Camera freezes and cut off. Not worth the listed price.
