Quick to use

I had previous experience with an off brand and this one is much better. I chose this one because you can replace the lens cover. Recommend that people buy plenty of accessories to stand it on a table, on your head, on a stick, etc. Also, buy plenty if micro SD cards and extra batteries!

Great product - great price

The biggest thing is that it WILL NOT take their alternate firmware that allows it to be used as a webcam. If you are more interested in the traditional things you do with a GoPro then this is a sweet camera for the $$$

Crazy good image stabilization

I've never like GoPros, i think you can get similar quality from other less expensive cams, but not this level of image stabilization. Its like using it with a $200 plus dollar Gimball. The quality of the video is great and you can also plug in an external mic. This is great for vlogging.
