Bought this for a few different reasons. My Hero4 was getting a little dated. The fact that this one doesn't need the clear housing for most applications is nice. The image stabilization seems to work well, which will be great for our trips. Haven't tried the voice control yet, but that offers some potential. And the live streaming could come in handy as well.

We've used this camera while kayaking, biking, hiking, or just hanging out around the house. It's small, easy to bring with you anywhere, and because of the great battery life and image stabilization, you don't even really need to bring any accessories to use it. Certainly a fun way to capture vacation memories, etc.

This is my first Go Pro. I like it a lot. It does 4k. It offers several modes between video and pictures. This is the first version that offers live streaming. And, with ability to backup media on Go Pro's cloud storage it sold me over the cheaper options. The stabilization feature seems good. Not sure how it compares to previous versions. Also, Go Pro offers some accessories that third parties cannot replicate which is nice as I have several hobbies that require these accessories.

I was a little skeptical before purchasing a GoPro. Was it worth is to shell out $400 for, what I perceived to be, a waterproof camera? Turns out, yes, it was worth it. The quality is amazing. The image stabilization is fantastic and, paired with our 4K TVs, the video quality is superb. If you're on the fence, hop on over and grab a GoPro HERO7.

I have been purchasing GoPro since they 1st came out. So far this is the best GoPRO camera yet! Quality and stabilization is amazing and recording is improved. They still need to get rid of the adaptor you need to connect an external mic and make a Bluetooth connect instead.

I had a previous model of the Hero which I wouldn’t recommend but this NEW Hero 7 Black is outstanding. I was really impressed with the clarity of the video and pictures this thing took during a Hawaii vacation. I would definitely recommend this product because I was so happy with my purchase of this Hero 7. Try it out you won’t be disappointed

Good camera battery runs out quick tho in any res higher than 1080 and gets extremely hot. Good quality videos tho.

I was in dilemma whether to buy a GoPro or DSLR. then, finally i went with GoPro. I don't regret the decision. It's useful and it's not comparable with DSLR as both of them have different Pros and Cons also different application level. So I enjoy buying the camera. I wanted it for my Florida Trip and I'm really excited to use it much more in the coming days.
