Not really necessary

I like it but you have to remove it to connect it to any mount whether It’s the 3-way or a chest mount. I hardly ever just carry it as a camera for that I just use my mirrorless sony.

Totally changed my accessibility to my GoPro

Love it! A great accessory for a very reasonable price. I plan on getting the white one too (I have blue).
