It’s not that easy to work and not worth the price

I was so excited to buy this item. But I shouldn't of, it doesn't work. The battery won't charge since day one. When I finally was going to start using it, it froze . It's been frozen for a week now.

Worst GoPro ever I never returned a GoPro before but this was a must can’t change batterie no hdmi port no usb C port/ other then this Camer GoPro is bomb

This has less functions then the hero 5, mine at least either had a glitch that didn't allow me to change to linear, or just didn't have the function which sucks for like 75% of the shots I wanted to get.

Spent $200 but it's barely worth $40. Images, especially the video, is blurry and not clear. Counted on this gopro for my once in a lifetime trip to Hawaii and now my pictures are horrible. I should have just used my phone and saved my money.

I used the GoPro Hero7 twice, then stops charging. Best Buy can not accept the return 20 days after purchase, replacement neither. I noticed never works properly. Don't buy this GoPro Hero7.

My issue with this product is when it's in the video record mode. the viewer go dark, which makes it hard to frame your shot. I do not recommend the GoPro Hero7 for this reason alone

Low quality picture even in great lighting. Doesn't have a removable battery compartment. So you constantly have to charge this thing. Returning mine as soon as possible.

I bought this for a trip. After 2 photos it died and wouldn't recharge. Ruined any plans of under water photography or hi def videos...highly disappointed

Have not been impressed with this Go Pro, it has deleted footage randomly about three times now, it does seem to hold an alright charge init. All in all I am not impressed

I got to the beach in Puerto Rico, turned it on and the LCD screen did not work. I could see the menu options but could there was no image coming through the lens of the camera. As you can imagine this had a very negative impact on my trip. I bumped into other GoPro owners at the beach, in the airport and restaurants, etc and several of them complained about the 7 model and said that prior models were more reliable. I returned the camera once I got back to the states for a refund.

Took 3 hours to setup and function correctly because of it freezing up. Reformatted SD card as recommended by various blogs just to get it to work. Took it on vacation to record the coral reefs in Aruba. Got it into the water and it crashed within 2 minutes. Could never get it to turn on again so returned everything to Best Buy to only get store credit. I was able to salvage a handful of short video clips pre-snorkeling off of the card. Utter waste of time, money and no video of the coral reefs.

as expensive as these things are i didn't expect it to freeze on me. Also apparently the interchangeable battery is only on the go pro hero Black

Product doesn't charge. Haven't been able to use it since I bought it. Can't charge it to update firmware or anything.

We are not very happy with the go pro. It constantly freezes and we were unaware that the battery was not removable.

We bought this to film while snorkeling, ziplining, riding dune buggies, and ATV's on a family cruise. First day at he beach, we put it in the water to take one picture. It immediately filled up with water and that was it. No pics, films, or anything on our family vacation, and it was my adult kids first cruise, a promise that took me years to be able to fulfill! Thanks GoPro! Read later this is a common problem. Shouldn't be advertised as waterproof!

I bought this camera because it claimed to be waterproof and I was headed to Hawaii and wanted to record some snorkeling and o her water activities. The first time I used it it filled with water after about 10 minutes of use while snorkeling at water surface level. I’ll be returning it and hoping they give me a refund.

Disappointed to find that this camera won't work with the GoPro remote. Basically useless in a multi-camera sync setup. Should have purchased the 'black' version.

Does not hold a charge! Do not buy this version of a Go Pro
