Its not turning on and wont charge..honestly i s till havent used this omg need help!

The battery die fast and it freezes all the time. I would like a replacement please

It just doesnt do enough to justify the price tag. if you try to get a better series or model its just to expensive.

When it is not frozen it is nice. It seems to freeze up and will not work for 20 minutes. May have a bad one.

My micro sd card doesn’t read. I have to put something in to push the card in further.

It never holds a charge and it always needs to be factory reset just to use it. Bummer.

i bought this item and the first time traveling and using it was very disappointed the camera will froze and stays on for a long times sometimes hours before turning off or back.... i had to restarted many many time for it to work properly, toke it back to the store and they told me that nothing was wrong with it and i still have the problem.... bad experience from gopro and best buy.

Worst buy ever. Charged battery for cruise then completely stopped working. Never could use it.

We had purchased this to use to set up behind the goal while our goalkeeper did her thing, but unfortunately, it was never meant to be. Initially, we were able to video, but after one use, we were unable to charge the GoPro let alone turn it on when it was"charging". We took the unit back into Best Buy and decided to go another route, thus not returning to the vendor. I had such high hopes, but it just didn't work out.

Quality on camera isn't the best. It's very blurry and looks very bad. Recommend the silver hero 7 with 4k.

Stay away from Bestbuy. They have terrible business practices. They only give you 14 days to make a return and won’t tell you unlike the standard 30-60-90 policy that most other stores have. Bought this camera. Never used it on vacation. Tried to return it 15 days after purchase and was not allowed to. Insane. I’ll take my business to target Costco frys Amazon Walmart or anywhere except this store

We bought the gopro7 white 2 weeks before our trip to Maui. As soon as we used it in 3 ft of water no less, its advertised to go 33ft, it breaks on us. So we had to bu another in Maui and the same thing happens again. I wish they would not advertise it as waterproof. After coming back from our trip i try to return it to best buy but they will not take it back because it was out of there 2 week return window.

Disappointed with GoPro on this model. Bought it in a hurry and the store representative was not familiar with this model.

Waste of money! Bought for my husband for his birthday. Right out the gate it is difficult to work, has to update but cant access the programming and apps to update it. Won't work with a memory card, screen freezes....packaging got thrown away, otherwise I'd return it! Thought would be a fun gift for vacations, jokes on me.

Battery is inadequate and not replaceable does not perform as well as my hero 3

My husband and I purchased this in October and recently started using it, and it’s already malfunctioning. It constantly freezes, screen goes blank and often stops recording at the most inopportune moments. I would not recommend this product. Save your money and buy a different camera.

Bought it and returned it after finding out it does't have a removable battery.
