I wouldn't suggest this camera to save yourself 300.00 it's not worth it I bought it use and hopes that I didn't have to spend the money on the black. But this cuts the cake of more than bad. Specs on it and the app where you can only change the settings on your phone is a bit horrible.

Horrible resolution I would recommend the silver or the 4k

Really disappointed with this camera. After 2 weeks of using water was insidencamera and all functions on display were useless. Camera freeze and blacing. Now I cant return and I have useless thing. Don't buy.

This camera quality is definitely not 4k... even in the settings on the camera it doesn't go up to 4k, it goes up to 1440p.. you can't change the video settings to make it look better.. the quality is like a bad phone from 2010.

My stepson got a hold of my card An open box hero7 GoPro to be the Next tic what star I did not he did it I tried to set it up with him The touch screen does not work Never buy an open box from BestBuy

Took this to Europe and Africa and it froze and was useless. The woman told me To get the 128 card. I’m not sure if it was too large to hold the card which caused the freeze but I’m going back to the store to discuss. I’m highly disappointed!

Bought this camera for my trip to Fiji, (stupidly) didn’t use it until I got there and found out it has horrible glitches where it freezes for hours until I plug it into charge (despite being fully charged). Other than the glitches it’s great.

Took snorkeling in Mexico, camera was in less than 1 foot of water and within 5 minutes it glitched out and shut down. Would not restart and had water damage. Store refunded it with no trouble but I would not recommend taking in or near the water

I have owned 4 different GoPro action cameras and returned them all. They overheat and screens burn and they don’t work well underwater… it’s just a lot. Go with a DJI Osmo Action Cam.

This is my second GoPro product, and as with the first I was extremely impressed. As an extreme action camera, the most important aspect is that it can stand up to getting wet. The video quality is stunning due to the high-quality sensor that creates high resolution, colorful pictures and video. High resolution video takes up a massive amount of space so a high capacity, high speed memory card is a must. Included are several accessories.

Biggest piece of crap ever! Used it two times because My hero 3 worked more efficiently. Just tried to use it and it won’t even turn on. $220 down the drain. Watched a bunch of videos that don’t fix the problem.

Lacking good documentation. Not easy to set up. Tech support is a call center in India and not very knowledgeable on the product. Too expensive for what it is. There are better products for less money. Will not recommend it to anyone.

I brought this to take with me to Orlando for my birthday and took it out the box to charge and it froze and would not start or do anything. Dont waste your money on it at all.

I purchased this for my daughter and had to return it twice as neither unit worked right. I don't know if its because its the cheaper version, but I am not sure I will be buying another one. Went with a different camera altogether.

I bought this for our family trip to Maui. We took it in the ocean ONE time and it got water inside it. There's no way to get it out. Never used the camera again. I returned it two days after we got back home.

This camera kept freezing since the first day I purchase and was not allowed to take pics or videos during my vacation.
