This camera is great for many applications right out of the box. Water proof, fast, stable, and easy to use.

I am not impressed with Go Pro. I’ve had 3 cameras now and all have failed/quit working. They are not as reliable as they should be for the price tag. These cameras are not typically used daily like a cell phone, etc. I use mine primarily on weekends in Oct, Nov and May, June. Really limited use in overall aspect and they can’t keep up. This camera just decides when it wants to turn on. When it does come on, it works fine. But 90% of time will not power on now.

I bought this camera because we were going zip lining and I thought it would be cool. Only thing is I didn’t realize it didn’t come with an enteral memory you had to have a scandisk, so I didn’t get to use it. But we go on vacation in a couple of weeks so it’ll be perfect. We’ve taken a few action shots outside, along with a few videos and they’re super clear.

Easy to use with excellent quality image for a GoPro and waterproof!

I purchased this camera recently. It's my first gopro. Took it on vacation and I'm pretty happy with the footage. I used it on a 450 ft suspension bridge in Canada and also for parasailing. My only issue was that it froze one day and the gopro site said it was the memory card that needed to be reformatted. I was able to find a solution on YouTube.

Big upgrade from the previous version! Underwater is great and super easy to use and compact!

I wanted to see the quality of a go pro before going to the high end one. I am so happy with this purchase. The picture quality is great. The video even better. We recently took this on a cruise and even with all the wind noise the videos turned out so clear. My son used it on the water slide and it didn’t skip a beat when filming! Awesome camera.

Liked ease of use but focus not the best. Need to buy accessory to secure camera for underwater use. Cannot swap out battery as in upgraded camera. Shou have spent the money for upgrade

Got this GoPro for snorkeling, etc. But I used it on a recent trip and got great videos of friends and family. Still getting used to the controls, but I really like the GoPro app which sends suggested quick videos. My only question is whether the silver is much better than the white for the price difference, since I don't really need the 4k video capability.

Great camera at a great price. I personally use for outdoor recreation and as a dash camera for my truck.

This is my new go pro. Works great! Easy set up process. My samgsung galaxy s9 downloaded the app and had trouble linking to the new go pro at first but i was at a hotel so maybe the internet wasnt as great but after several attempts it connected and was able to download all my media that was captured. The quality picture is awesome! Not bad for the price!
