I use it every time I go on vacation and I love it

The wait line for help was long, I got a young man from I think a customer service desk to come open the cabines to get out a go pro but he couldn't answer a simple question, is there a way to clip the go pro to a fence or poster I'm holding, so later I figured out you can use the clip from either the head or body strap all alone. I need help learning how to use it but couldn't get help had to make an appointment and could only get 20 minutes, I don't know it feels like customer service could improve especially for seniors needing help with all the new technology these days.

I really like this camera! I only wish they didn't have a fisheye style of wide-angle capture (that the image wasn't always curved). This, however, can be re-worked in post, so it is what it is. All in all, a great tool at a great buy!

New go pro 7 silver takes awesome video 4K and 1080 p. Great sound action camera Also takes nice pictures Only thing battery life not very long Easy to use Internal battery overall good price I would recommend to any one ready to capture great action video or vacation trips Of memory’s

Well, I have to learn how to use first and get me a better phone, cause I still have a flip phone and till I do I'll figure out how this thing works. But I think that if I paid a fairly high price for something it outta be good

So here's the deal. The camera takes decent videos but not what was listed on the side. Battery life was ok, it felt solid at the least. But the downsides are limitless, such as the battery is NOT REMOVABEL, the lense is non-replacable. The ability to change settings is very limited. Overall this camera is not worth buying. You lose all the qualities that GoPro has had previous cameras compared to this one.

Only issue is that it overheats. Also it doesn’t let you zoom in while recording videos. Other than that it’s a great buy

I got this camera to record exchanges. The first time I tried to record the camera said it was recording. When I went back to review the recording there wasnt one. I'm not sure exactly what happened. This has happened a few times. Also it often says it cannot connect to the wifi or my phone. I dont need it for much but it has been super frustrating to use. Not sure it was worth the money but it works for what I need.

It’s an ok product. I was really excited about it until I got it. The battery dies quickly and the overall quality just isn’t very good.

Got this for my son. Not exactly sure how to rate it. He lost it the first time he used it when he went snowboarding.
