    Handy little camera, but if you're used to the HDMI (or other) outputs on the earlier models, be sure you also price out and get the "media mod", it's a wrapper-case thing that adds 1/8th inch mic input, a little side microphone, an HDMI output, and a couple of cold-shoe mounting points. (They did the same thing with the 9 and 10 models, too).
