Terrible customer service from GoPro

Brand new battery only held a charge for 1 hour in the cold. Voice commands did not work. Customer service at GoPro are not standing behind their product or promise.

Short battery life

I admit that I had high expectations after reading all the impressive reviews but I found this camera to be just average. The firmware is ok but it takes a while to get used to the navigation in the tiny screen..after using it a few times I noticed that the camera tends to overheat and the battery life lasts for about 1 hour, definitely less than what I've expected. Don't bother purchasing accessories like the tiny lights because they are useless and they are overpriced.
