Stay away, no customer service at all, bad product

Reached out to GoPro Cust Service but they never respond back at all, no matter how I try to contact them. At 11 months the back screen stopped working and it will not record more than a 3 minute video. Stay away from GOPro products. I also have a GoPro 10 and that one died, will not power on, at 11 months. Waste of money.

It was diffucult trying to find this item in stock, but you I called the customer service and they were so helpful. They helped locate this item at your store which was very convenient.

Battery Dies Quickly

Battery life too short. Not good for Timelapse.

There to capture the action from a first person perspective if you mount it to your head. Perfect for recording from other mounted spots like the dash or on your motorcycle. Would recommend.

Easy to use - great video quality

I got some great footage, and it was easy to use. I will probably like this camera even more when I learn how to use more of its specialized settings.
