The GoPro cameras are great, and fairly easy to use. The image and video quality of the 8 series is great, and doesn't disappoint. Being able to control it from your smart phone is nice too, but I was a bit disappointed in the fact that you now have to purchase a "Mod" for this camera in order to stream via the USB C port, and it isn't even out yet (to be released in January). The included port on the camera is simply for charging.

I purchased this item for my son's birthday He absolutely loved it. It was a little hard to figure out at first though. The only thing I didn't like is that the store did not price match Amazon which is considered a 3rd party.

Som enjoys it very much and takes it everywhere. Only thing i don't like is that battery hatch and the charging port are in the same hatch. Its sometimes difficult to open the hatch for my son.

This is an amazing product for the GoPro addict! The upgrades have been phenomenal. The Time-warp, and Superview additions allots for creative and exceptional footage. making everyday life revels to pose an adventurous cinematic perspective.

The camera is easy to use and save files on the included microsd though I did purchase a larger microsd for my purposes. There are several options for field of view and quality that should suit almost any situation. The microphone was better than I thought it would be and picked up sounds that our house mics aren't sensitive to. The included accessories are of good quality and small enough to carry along without being bulky. My biggest issue is with connecting to the camera via the GoPro app. I recently updated the app and was finally able to connect to the camera. The original intent of purchasing this camera was for livestreaming a weekly church service; however, that option is controlled via the GoPro app. Since the app was not able to connect to the camera initially I had to manually start and end the recording as well as remove the microsd card and upload manually until the app was fixed and I could connect to the camera. As long as the app works, the camera works great for the intent it was purchased. When the app doesn't connect, the camera is still of good quality, just annoying to have to manually do everything that should be able to control via app.

First time buyer. Always wanted a GoPro. Package deal was a good value. The tripod is a little cheap feeling. Not sure I will use the head strap very often but it’s nice to have. Plus it comes with everything to get going.

Nice resolution nice features perfect for on the fly 4K video recording.

Only negative is the battery drains quickly. Otherwise, I love everything about it!

Honestly I love the GoPro when it works. I can't stand it when it doesn't . Sometimes it cuts off or don't come on when its suppose to and I miss shots but I don't know of anything better, so I keep going in hopes they'll finally get it right.

Bought it for my husband and he loves using it for his long bike rides.

I was really impressed with this. I’m still learning all the things this camera can do, and all the extras that came with it is kinda fun. Can’t wait to try them all out. Definitely need to buy this if you haven’t..

This thing is awesome...great for walks,runs or anything u wanna do n record...I bought the accessory on Amazon that lets u add external battery pack n now my recording lasts as long as my memory card does...

I bought this for my daughter for a gift and she loves using it. Easy for teenagers.

2nd GoPro! My first one was from GoPro Trade up and bought this one when it was on sale and bundled. Although DJI has a promising front LCD, I trust GoPro better with action camera.
