    So much for waterproof. First time using it and the camera Lens fogged up when underwater. No, it barely made it past 3ft deep before it fogged up. Apparently, this is common among the gp9. Can’t believe I got rid of my gp5 for this. Sure, all the new features are nice but can’t use it if the underwater issue is not resolved.

    This is the dumbest camera ever released. This camera has been out since 2020 and it's April 2021 now and there are so many bugs on this camera that it just makes me so angry. Here are a few: Note this camera has been updated with the latest firmware as of 4/14/2021. 1. Stabilization: With Boost stabilization on, there's a lot of jittery effects in the video. It feels as if this is a cheaply made camera sold on other websites. 2. The video preview window on the backscreen is so horrible that you will be thinking if it's out of focus & would the video turn out good at all or not. 3. Video quality - Gopro hero 7 is much much better than this, I've tried changing so many settings but no luck at all in making it correct & match as to how GoPro hero 7 appears. 4. Touch screen - This is a nightmare actually, you have to touch both the front screen while trying to operate the main screen, because of some amazing algorithm written by GoPro. It needs your finger on the front screen. Looking at all of these issues, it's confirmed that GoPro released the product first in the market to test the consumer's patience and then slowly give them the hopes of the firmware. So that consumer just sticks to their company forever. This is purely a product defect & unfortunately, BestBuy will get mine returned as it turned out to be the worst investment ever.
