Was unable to open the battery case so returned item. Was defective so had to return all the orders related to the GoPro Hero9 Black 5K and 20MP.

Very expense, Costco has a better deal, combo and cheaper price. The camera it self is good. Very dissatisfied.

Good for outdoor use and all the reasons most people get go pros. Tried to use it as a webcam...to many additional accessories needed to do this for a lack luster webcam....

Best of all. Good quality and video stabilization.

This product delivers a quality picture but not so durable.

Fun little camera, app works well, only thing of some annoyance is the lagg on the touch screen.

Files get corrupted to easily; something that GoPro still hasn't figured out yet. Everything else GoPro does well remains and it's still one of the best action cameras you can buy.

Video recording didnot haplen while using in karting. Did not expect this from GoPro and hence switched to another brand

Overall the most untested thing I believe has been put on the market. I did the upgrades and still the touch screen is horrible… changing things on the phone instead doesn’t seem to update the phone. It eventually gets easier the more hours you spend but to me things that aren’t intuitive are not a reflection of greatness. Could be great and settled along the way for poor cohesiveness in planning. If the touch screen was even remotely good it would take away most of the frustration

The best ‘budget’ digital camera is rather subjective – what’s considered budget-priced to one photographer might seem expensive to another.

Great product! Unfortunately It wasn’t what I needed at the time and when returned was only given partial amount of my money.

The photos and video are fairly easy to take, but I haven’t been able to download to my computer. Very frustrating

I’m just not that impressed with Gopro. It’s great for action that is strapped on, but the screen is too small. I’d almost rather use my iPhone.

Stop working after 2 months. Brought another one and it stopped in 2 weeks. Exchanged it and now it is not working. Called customer service and worst experience ever. All the footage is lost.

Freezes frequently requiring a restart. Touch screen UI needs some work. Too easy to accidentally change modes via screen touch. Gets pretty warm after just a few minutes of recording. (yes I did the firmware update)

I had to return this after I found out it does not do remote live viewing while recording. Apparently there's some lawsuit behind this. My old Hero 5's still do live view while recording, and the image is pretty much the same, so I'll use them until they don't work anymore. If GoPro ever brings back this essential feature I'll buy a new GoPro.

Purchased this unit for a family vacation to Hawaii to record our memories. The device failed in the middle of a snorkeling adventure in 4ft. of water. The resulting water damage destroyed the micro memory chip and all footage was lost. Best Buy’s position was that this was a GoPro issue and that I needed to take it up with them. I really as looking forward to this device for many reasons, but now I’m not so sure.

I have used this camera 3, possibly 4 times, since I have purchased it. It currently will not turn on and has a solid red light. Hopefully GoPro will replace it. Really enjoyed using it, when it was functioning properly.
