As a first time gopro user, i didnt really know what to do. I bought 3 hero 9's and i am so glad i did. Out of the box I had a battery and some mounds and along with that purchased 2 battery packs and 2 jaws accessories. I used them to film for a music video and they were so easy to connect to my phone and then after doing so they were so easy to use all day replacing the battery, monitoring rhe video, and more. These cameras are phenominal and I cant wait to get more accessories and gopros alike. Attached are images of the way i setup my gopro on my drummers kit

Awesome camera works great only complaint is battery won’t last more then one and a half hrs so that’s a bummer other then getting extra battery’s love it

GoPro has outdone themselves with this camera. The front color screen is a much appreciated addition. The stabilization software is insanely good. I took the camera on a boat in semi-rough waters and the video looked like I wasn’t moving from side to side. If you’re into action cameras, this is the one for you.

Awesome camera coming from a Hero 4 Silver owner. I finally decided to upgrade and so far am very impressed. This latest generation has so much features packed in this beast compared to the older generations as expected. The front viewer is awesome, now I can set my perfect shots without tethering to my phone. The software stabilization is impressive along with other built in features (Slo-mo, timewarp...). The camera is bulkier but nice not needing an external waterproof case and it feels solid and able to take a beating. The battery life is better since it has larger capacity however the drain seems as bad or worse than my Hero 4 even with wifi and quick start feature disabled. Also noticed the touchscreen can be frustrating at times even after the latest update. My Hero 4's touchscreen is more responsive and easier to navigate so not sure why GoPro cannot get this one right, normally it's supposed to improve over the generations not get worse. Other than those two main gripes, this camera has so much positive features that I cannot knock a full star.

Got one of these for my trip overseas. GoPro always delivers. Easy to use, very compact. I've used GoPros for years, so it was easy to get this one up and running. Visual quality is great!

The GoPro Hero 9 Black’s most important changes are to do with ease of use rather than image quality. Best camera and features at price point. Don't really need to upgrade though if you have an HERO 8. New mounting feet built into camera body makes everything about using these cameras so much better!

great product, took it for our trip and the battery life is absolutely amazing,picks up sound really well and doesnt sound terrible underwater. A little tricky trying to download the videos after onto our phones but still so much better and love how compact and travel friendly it is

Super easy to use and super great quality- with that being said the battery doesn’t last very long at high resolution filming so I’d recommend extra battery packs!

I I purchased this to replace my old hero five black are used to have the Karma grip as well. This video was crystal clear and I just used a standard stick excellent stabilization I highly recommend night and day compared to the older ones and no need for the Carmen group anymore

Great small camera for vlogging.Easy to carry especially when you’re out hiking in the woods.I don’t have to bring my big and bulky rig anymore as it is heavy to carry with.So far,it works great for my needs.2 thumbs up gopro hero9.It was on sale too with extra $50 free gift card.

I've been debtaing on getting one of these for a couple of years and finally decided to jump in and very pleaesd with it. It was super easy to setup and the quality is phenominal. I'm definitely still on a learning curve but excited to keep using it to make even greater family memories.

Havent used any of the "mods" yet. Have put a lot of use into this durable little camera,mostly suberging it in water,clean pool or murky river water. And water is probably the only thing keeping it from catching on fire.It heats up like a handwarmer. Battery charges very slow,unless you use a 45 watt or higher c type charger,its charges very fast,from 0 to 100% in about 20 minutes. As far as video quality it is great,but what camera can you find for $400 that has 5k video.The video is incredible,if there is enough light.If it is dim or dark,forget it,its like recording with a potato. The auto shutter and iso setting is not the best adaptable for night,or day sometimes. The time lapse for sky views is amazing,they are decent,but at night in the city even if it seems dark,its not dark enough,can get some stars and clear view of the trees nearby,still is amazing nights shots with the time lapse,but oddly not great at all for normal night video. As far as the remote app features,it needs work.The app screen is not integrated with the sites,you just have to take the apps word that it IS streaming,and a LOT of patience,as the streaming options on the app are outdated and you have to work around and troubleshoot to even be able to stream,very broken and nothing on google pertaining on the issues but unresolved questions.It's just not consumer friendly,in addition to poor connenction if farther 3ft from phone,the streaming is far from reliable. I have tried using the gopro for twitch streaming but the connection is bad. I bought a galaxy s22 ultra for faster processing speeds to compensate for lag,but its doesnt matter,since it only uses wifi or the phones data plan "hotspot",it eats through data. I have Gigabit speed home internet with 2 asus ax3000 routers,but even so,the gopro barely recieves wifi signal.With the phones hotspot as wifi,unlimited data plan,it slightly impoves,but not much,as there is a signal bar screen for streaming with wifi or hotspot,it never goes past 4 bars,and it has a total of about 25 bars to show signal strength. For twitch it keeps bugging out on the "start stream" button with an almost inescable error,about not having the correct "game catergory",which is usally just the title of the game your playing or whatever title you want,there shouldnt be any restriction but if you dont use a video game title,letter for letter,it will keep giving the error,and when you do have a right working title,you have to use the same title on the actual Twitch app FIRST by starting a stream on the twitch app,while having open the GoPro app open,and praying it hasnt exited you from the "start stream" page ,starting the stream from your phone on the twitch app then switching over to the gopro app while streaming,to avoid the error that will eneavitable delay you another 20 minutes,as you have to enter the wifi password on the app,everytime.

I use this camera on my motorcycle helmet while I'm riding. It works great, good clear video. and stabilized. I highly recommend this camera.

Easy to use, beautiful video. So far this gopro9 blows my old 4 out without warming up. I’m not great at taking time to read instructions (I don’t stop for directions either) and this little guy is intuitive enough to make me look good. So get one! You know you want to

Bought this for my daughter’s birthday. This is the updated version of the GoPro that I have. This is an excellent camera though there is a slight leaning curve to use all the features. That being said, it is easy to setup and use out of the box for basic use. Highly recommend.

Really love this camera. The size is great! The pictures are just amazing and there are a ton of accessories for this thing! Also works on voice control! The app for the camera also works rather well. People have commented on how much better my pictures and videos are now!

Upgrades from the hero5 and there’s no turning back! Huge game changer with the hyper smooth stabilization! Did a side by side short video and you can tell right away which video is the hero 9. Just the colors alone are nice! The stability is insane!

first time owning a GoPro, I've used cheaper action cameras from amazon. I have to say the ease of use and quality of videos are very impressive.
