This is a great item! My boyfriend and I were looking for something that he can use while riding his dirt bike. I like it cuz I know it will keep him safe and it’s awesome that you can use it in so many ways! He was able to easily figure out the app for downloading and watching the videos made. He can securely attach it to his helmet and easily remove it after a ride! I’m excited to use it on other adventures as well.

I do love this camera. In normal or well lit areas this camera was amazing. The various ranges of View were well used. I took this to Disneyworld and wore it on a number of rides and it was a champ. The only issue I have with this camera is the lack of Low Light adjustment. In Low Light it did not adjust. Even when using the Auto Light Adjust I was not able to get good video.

My first GoPro was (and still is) the HERO 6, however, the HERO 9 is superior ...and it should be. I am not too crazy about the front screen because I do not blog. The camera is bulkier and heavier than the HERO 6, but that is the price you pay for a bigger sensor and a bigger battery. However, the picture quality is much better, Video and still pictures alike. Also, you have quite a few more options. But keep in mind that some of the equipment you use with the older model is not compatible anymore, For example, the battery size is different and the waterproof camera case also. But in my opinion, it is absolutely worth it to step up to this model.

amazing, camera, excellent quality, so easy to use

I bought this to use for an upcoming vacation and it works great! The video quality is great, and it's very steady when you're moving. I especially love using it underwater. The app to setup on your phone wasn't the easiest to setup, but I finally figured it out. If you are going to use it regularly, I highly recommend getting their subscription service where you can store unlimited video/pictures on their cloud. 4k and 8k video will eat up your storage in a hurry.

I absolutely love this camera. The video quality is incredible and it is very easy to use. The voice commands works well too. I am very impressed by the 9! It is a definite buy.

Upgraded from my GoPro Hero 3, which I stopped using because of the battery life. The battery life on the GoPro Hero 9 is a little better but the quality is way better than the Hero 3. Glad I finally upgraded and can’t wait to start recording.

As far as camera and value for the price, this camera outperforms in video image quality as compared to DJI Action2. However, the reason I returned this is due to the application of the camera. I own a DJI FPV, and this product is well known for interfering with GPS on the drone. Plus, it weighs 100 grams more. Like anything, all cameras have their purposes, and thus I give this a 5-star base on value and 5k video image.

Great quality video, very poor software and overall usability. I expected so much more from GoPro out of the box, but it has been riddled with bugs. I gave it 3 stars instead of 2 because they do seem to be releasing regular updates in an attempt to fix as many bugs as possible, but it's still nowhere near a production worth product in my opinion. Most of the time, I can't get videos off the device without physically taking the memory card out and using another reader. I paid a premium for the auto-upload of media to the cloud, but that doesn't work either. Very frustrated. I bought this to make it easier to produce regular, high quality videos, but it's much easier to just use my iPhone.

Excellent camera especially if you are upgrading from a HERO 7 or older. If you are thinking about upgrading from the HERO 8 you get the removable lens and the front monitor. As always, the video quality is top-notch and worth the price alone considering that's the reason you probably purchased a GoPro. Consider picking up a SNAP Mount for this camera. They work with any GoPro but I have only tested the mount with my HEREO 9. Next to the MAX lens, this is the best GoPro 9 accessory you can buy.

It's my first go pro camera and I was a bit confused when I first tried using it but is overthinking it. Easy to use, great quality.

Love this GoPro hero 9! Bought it for my 9 year old son and it will last him a long time! Great picture quality and ease of use. Definitely recommend!

Camera is great for all types of scenarios. Love the fact that it is small and not bulky. The picture quality is crystal clear.

This is a great rugged camera and camcorder. I think people forget that GoPro cameras are cameras too and not just for video so it is awesome to use anywhere you go or where you would not want to lose or damage your phone in my opinion. Being I am stuck in my home office, it was pretty cool to know I can use the GoPro as a webcam too which I need to try out. Overall, I love the front color screen so I can see what I am doing, the hindsight feature is pretty neat and will save me some battery life by not needing to record everything. The bigger battery is another great update from the HERO7 and HERO8 cameras I have used in the past. I still need to play around with some of the other upgrades/features but I am really happy with the purchase. There are a lot of things I still need to try out, but I like having all sorts of options and modes to test. Love the case and no plastic too, good move and mother earth thanks you.

Ive had Gopro's before, i think it was a 3. Gave it to my son when he started riding motorcycles. This one is the same, but better. I use this on my rides at 2 in the morning and the quality even with very little to no light is amazing. Camera picks up everything in detail. The only thing I don't like is the split files. It wont stop recording, but it breaks down the recordings into timed files, same as the old one. No big deal, if you're used to it. Also, the ability to change the lenses out is fantastic.
