    Happy to have the extra megapixels for pictures. Video is great as always. I think the 5K is mostly there for advertising. Great for daytime, but if you do low light you may want to look at the Hero 7 or Hero 8. Not megapixels on the same size sensors means less light to each pixel and the lowlight suffers because of that. Wish they would make a 1” sensor version.

    I am upgrading from a Black Hero7. The 9 is really awesome, super versatile !! Easy to use and the image stabilization is really superb on this model. No shakes whatsoever, squeaky clean crystal clear 4k & 5k. My only complaint is that it DOES NOT come with any microSD card. For such a high price tag, I would expect even a 16gb to start.

    I got this for my motorcycle riding and it's great. I've gotten some great video using this both on and off the bike. It's just a great gadget to take if you are doing anything. I'd buy it again.

    This is the fist GoPro I've purchased and I absolutely love it. I have used the Gopro at the river, pool and beach and the quality of the video and pictures is fantastic. The only problem that I have is opening it up to charge it. It's a good thing though since i feel confident that water will not go into the system and damage it.

    I'm a semi professional videographer and have had more than a few GoPros starting with Hero3 and I have to say the Hero9 is the best yet. A remarkable improvement over the 8. Seems that the connection issues and app response are much better. The media mod is a must have accessory for unlocking great built audio, ext audio and ext HDMI.

    Great pic quality....unless you've used these before the user face is kinda difficult to set everything up..it dont come with any instructions had to delete things off my phone just to make room for the app..still having trouble setting everything up on it...it keeps saying i cant connect to the go pro wifi to update my camera

    I am thrilled with this camera. While I have not used it for any action video just yet, it is a great camera for my You Tube channel content. Check out Zipitys Garage for some of the footage. So much better than using the latest smart phone. I also love all of the accessories that are available and support the GoPro cameras. I highly recommend it.

    Works every time no need to worry about anything really, set up is super easy the screen works as it should doesn’t lag and for the most part I hit the button and go. Worth every penny
