I bought this for motorcycling and vacation videos. I couldn't ask for more. The stabilization and image quality compared to my Hero Session 5 is amazing! In the short time I've had it, I have filmed several rides, taken it hiking, and snorkeling. Glad I got it so I could document those things!

i watched all the You Tube Videos i could find since i have a Hero5 and bought a Hero8. The fact that the 9 will not overheat and shut down during a 2 hour recording or run out of battery were my deciding factors. I record my flying lessons and can't fiddle with the camera while i am Flying. i have had trouble getting it to startup recording by voice command and experiment with it mounted in the car. The extra large battery gives over 2 hours of recording.

Great camera. I used this camera for a multitude of thubgs. From bike riding. To scuba diving. It really durable and the fact that it’s waterproof makes it so much cooler.

We bought this to go to Mexico and it was so useful when we went to a park that we could not take our phone because it was a river. Luckily we had our pro and the pictures came out so good we love it.

Good handy camera, excellent pics and easy to handle

This is beautiful gift for my grandsons. They started to use this camera first day . They went for vacation to California and they use it every day beautiful memories and movies.

Packaged very well. Harder case for storage. have not used one before and I find it easy to use and set up. love the feature that syncs to your phone. Only wish it would have an option to include a storage disk. I purchased separately at another retailer. Overall Think I am going to enjoy this Gem for a while to come.

I've been a casual GoPro user since the hero6, I didn't understand the full capabilities of this camera, and the plethora of ways to use it. I've upgraded from the 6 to the 7 and the 8. It's not until the hero9 that I'm really getting into how to use this device for vlogging and capturing my adventures, playing with different camera settings and this is a fantastic camera. The mods and accessories make it an invaluable part of my life, I have the GoPro backpack, travel kit, tripod mounts, media mod, and it's amazing. They add Bluetooth connection in the hero12 which is awesome! These cameras keep getting better. Highly recommended.

Love this new device I did my research before purchasing it was something we thought about for awhile we where looking for a new camera for our vlog we travel across the country on a weekly basis and wanted something with good video quality and audio we are very pleased with our decision and would highly recommend it

Bought this before I went to visit my dad in Florida had it with me on the fishing boat and I took it in the water as well the camera quality for the videos and pictures are great it sure was worth the money

I've had a lot of fun with this camera but I do have some issues with it. When you use the app on your phone, you can't view it once it starts recording. Isn't that kind of the point? I put it on a tall pole for real estate but once I hit record I can't see what I'm shooting. It also gets a bit overheated sometimes. But all in all it is a fun camera.

No need to look elsewhere. This little camera is great for capturing all your outdoor memories. It takes a little while to figure out all the features but is quite impressive. Highly recommend it. I bought the older model which had a minor flaw and returned it for the new model (Hero 9). No regrets!

The hero 9 is a great upgrade from my hero 5. It's was easier to setup and the quality is much much better! The only downside is, the touch screen seems to be not the responsive at times. You really have to be deliberate about what your pressing. This is however the only downside I have found so far. Great features and the new hypersmooth is amazing!!

I got this for a Carribean Cruise. I am NOT very techy, but the kids and grand kids are...they helped me set it up and sort of taught me how to use it (they did most of the pics),but we loved it

I love this GoPro. It may be compact but the videos and photos are sharp. I paired it up with an underwater case for snorkeling but it also provides great protection for other uses. I can’t imagine ever going on vacation without my GoPro because it will add that something extra to the experience.

Bought as a gift for my husband and he loves it! Quality and sound is great. It’s the perfect upgrade from his Polaroid cube and very nice for the price.

Great camera! Big upgrade from my Hero 3! I'm using it as is for outdoor video and the sound pick up is more even between myself and the people around me. Also wind noise and rustling from moving the camera around is not as much an issue as before. I still haven't used all the features yet but loving it so far.

I love this camera! I use it for vlogging during race season and the video quality is flawless. I’m almost afraid to upgrade it to the hero 12 because of how good it is

We bought this to take with us on our vacation to get lots of memorable videos and pictures. This GoPro did not disappoint the quality is amazing. The only negative I would say is that there is no way to plug this camera directly into a computer or tablet to download photos and videos
