If you have a GoPro and actively use it, this, in my opinion is an essential feature. Trying to navigate the tiny screen is really a bummer, and using the LCD touch BacPac eliminates that issue. I have not seen an issue with battery life at this writing.

Connected to my GoPro Hero3+ and it worked as advertised. Drained battery a little faster then usual but expected with touch screen devise added.

I have a difficult time seeing small print less than 3 ft away. This makes the menu navigable even if I forgot my glasses and is bright in low light conditions. The best thing about it is you can use it to line up the shot as you place the camera.

I appreciate the "base" GoPro not having a view finder - it is difficult to watch what the action as you are making it. It is nice to have the ability to snap this unit on the back to see what you have caught, though. Solid options. Great resolution. Really nice to have the different backs included (shallow water, deep water, and skeleton).

I believe that this accessory is a must for all GoPro users! It is easy to set up. Just clip it on the camera and start navigating. The fact that it is compatible with both GoPro3 and 4 is great for me because I have both. It is a great investment!

The GoPro app is awesome, but sometimes it is cumbersome to handle the camera, phone and whatever else is happening. This screen makes the whole setup more versatile. It also shuts off so that it does not take up nearly as much battery life.

This is a great addition if you are using the camera for still photos, makes it much easier to frame the subject. Comes with several new case backs and an additional swivel mounting bracket.

It made it more like a camera so if i decide to attach it and be handsfree or hold it, i can actually see what i am recording to make sure I am getting what i want in the view. Was able to price match it with amazon because it was a little cheaper.

So I purchased this item so I could actually play back my videos right from my go pro and it is amazing! This is a must if you own a Go Pro, I don't know why I didn't get this sooner!

Very nice product, but reduces battery life drastically.

I was concerned at getting the lcd screen at first because I needed a backdoor for it. Turns out, the kit includes backdoors for the screen as well as a case for the lcd screen. Beyond that, it's great to see exactly what I'm recording.

I use this with my GoPro Hero 4. It has been really useful in helping me learn how to navigate through the camera menu as well as learning the the camera field of view for each particular setting. Well worth the additional expense.

Camera is great but without viewfinder it is hard to get really good pictures. Buying the silver instead is an idea but the flexibility to remove for lower profile use and wifi remote is very functional with the go pro black.

This product has performed at or maybe even above my expectations. It has been exactly what I needed and I can say that I would highly suggest this product to anyone else actively looking for something along these lines.

This will give you the ability to navigate through the menus on the screen rather than trying to do it using the buttons. This is a much easier way to change settings. Of course, it also makes it easy to frame you shots.

Too bad many of the Go Pros don't come with the LCD included, but the sad fact is that unless you want to pay much more, they do not. I guess I thought I could live without it but when you are trying to frame a shot, it's like shooting blind. After discovering that I couldn't video blindly anymore, I went to Best Buy and spent the extra money. The LCD screen works flawlessly and does everything I need it to do. But in this day and age one would expect it to be include on all their Go Pros.

Really happy with the GoPro, I have used in Roler Coaster Rides and the images are great. It is worth to buy the accessories to be able to used in different activities such as bike, run, swim etc.very happy with my GoPro
