It's great to have lcd and know how much video recording you have left. And be able to change the setting with ease

The added screen isn't the best quality but it really helps visualizing what you are filming. Definitely worth the 80$

The touch bacpac completes the GoPro as a camera. It makes it a standalone unit ready to snap stills or take video and then allows for playback with audio right then and there.

Excellent protection for camera and sensor, you can do almost everything through the housing except charge the camera.

This was a great choice for my teenage daughter. She and her friends really enjoy using it. And it's very user-friendly.

If you have GoPro without LCD it is a must! Great to line up shots and to review all shots. Wouldn't shoot without it.

Although the camera was considerably bulkier than the standard skeleton housing with the LCD attached, the benefit is obvious when not capable of connecting via the GoPro app.

Bought this LCD backpack so I can view the images while I record my daughter's volleyball games. Great item.

The LCD back for the GoPro is thicker than the original back plexiglass cover. The cover that GoPro and Best Buy sent is not large enough to allow the camera to be enclosed by the water tight housing. I went to the store and the salesman said he could not figure it out. He did not call a manager, or call GoPro, or offer to "own" the problem. He suggested that I go home and call GoPro customer service. This type of customer service is of very low quality. This is not the way the Ritz Carlton or Hertz solves a problem.

This LCD screen makes it a lot easier to use the GoPro Hero 3 in non-action related/body attached scenarios!

This is a must have item if you'll be using your GoPro for all types of photo & video capturing opportunities.

The app is good , but with this you can see what is in the camera view in real time. I just wish the gopro we have just had this integrated into it like the earlier gopros.

My LCD bacpac is amazing, would only like to have it's own internal battery. Using it ON all the time draws at least 40% more of the gopro battery. You gotta have multiple batteries with you. Love the touch screen for easy access to all the menus, faster than the other menu and the iphone app

I really enjoy using this camera. It is small and lightweight. I like to attach it to my dashboard while im driving across different states to capture some of the scenery.
