Great touch screen, simple and intuitive menus. Great for setting up the perfect shot as it gives you that instant live view. However, reduces your GoPro's overall battery life so be sure to turn it off once you got your shot lined up so you can continue to record without it on.

The GoPro Hero4 Black will change ur life. The 4K wide shot will blow your mind! The camera quilty is AMAZING, seamless user friendly menu, and the night lapse setting is out of this world. I unfortunately lost my GoPro about a week ago so now I'm having to buy another... I was heart broken. Once you own a GoPro you'll understand why I'm paying $500 twice in one year for the same exact camera!

Plugs right in and touch screen allows you to make settings changes on the screen.

If you have a go pro without a screen built in, and really want a screen, this is what you need. Steep price for what it does, but it does it well. I've used it with gopro hero 3 white, hero 3+ silver, and hero 4 black all with amazing results.

The touch screen on the back makes navigation much easier. It's not a necessity, but definitely improves the ease of navigation. My only word of caution is to make sure that if you have the touch back on the camera while flying, leave the case open. I had the case closed on a flight and the lightweight screen bubbled due to the pressure changes on the flight rendering it absolutely useless. I really don't want to buy another whole unit just to get the replacement cover. Does anyone know if they are sold separately?

For the price, you can't beat this add-on for the GoPro. Since there was no screen on the camera itself, this is the only way to actually see what you are filming unless you want to use your phone as the viewing device. Plus, it comes with additional waterproof cases since it makes the camera larger in size. It even has one that still allows you to use the touchscreen.

this backpack along with the hero four allow perfect framing for handheld gimbals mounting and cars or just walk and talk don't you hate it when you get home and look at your footage and everything is crooked or miss framed this backpack will eliminate those headaches It's a must have.
