The attachment case is sold separately but it does come with a white protective sleeve.

Camera doesn’t do good job indoors. I also use this light and magnetic clamp whenever I need light in dark places and need both hands.

I am not sure how many lumens, but it is brighter than some of my rail lights that are on some of my firearms. Great Purchase!
